+ -1 moreAwful. He did not show up - all of the work needs to be redone - even after he had the opportunity to redo it. The stucco is cracking and has streaks, the roof (flat tar& gravel) had bubbled and the water cannot drain out of the parapets. He took the money and hired workers off the street. He said that he paid someone to do work ($2000) and "they" took the money. He bid to strip the old paint and recondition the windows. He slapped new paint over new. I have had to re-do ALL of the work that he did. The $20k job costs e $40. I have a judement against him with the city. DON'T USE HAIBRO!
