Very good, professional and helpful.

Company was unresponsive. Called several times asking if they would replace or repair a gate they installed circa 2007. Asked if this was a warranty repair. I said no. Expressed little interest in repair or replacing an ornate wooden gate and its supporting structure that Groff Lumber designed and installed. Told me that it would take two weeks to do the repair. I said OK. Provided my contact information. Was asked to send pictures of the gate via email. No response. Apparently Groff Lumber has no interest in repeat business or backing their products. Maybe they don't need the business. Maybe they cannot sustain the quality of their product beyond their initial one year warranty. Very disappointed.

They were really wonderful. I would absolutely use them again. Four people came out to complete teh project and it took almost two weeks to complete.

Excellent service and quality work. We needed the project done on a very tight schedule and they delivered on time. They coordinated with other workers on the site and were pleasant to work with. They were subcontracted by our landscape designer (Nique'scapes) as part of a larger project. We couldn't be happier with our new covered deck!

Excellent service from Groff. They were very professional and courteous. They were very responsive to questions throughout the installation process and addressed any concerns promptly. Groff's subcontractor did a nice job on the stamped and colored concrete work as well. There were some questions about where the structure could be erected in proximity to property lines - Groff made the concrete subcontractor figure it out and he ended up having to go downtown to the city offices to discuss the plans for the project due to conflicting information we got from multiple phone calls. My only negative remark is that I would expect the company to know what the zoning regulations are (not the customer) and I would think they would attempt to resolve it rather than making the concrete worker do this. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Groff and will be back.

We were updated constantly on the progress and asked for input on the installation to ensure satisfaction. We can't say enough good things about Groff Lumber!

They did a very good job. We would recommend others to go out there and look at their products. They have an interesting lumber yard. They customize it however we want to work with them. They have a website where their products can be viewed. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.
