+ -1 moreThey did an adequate job. My one complaint was that the carpet stayed damp much longer than they said it would. The carpet looked good after they were dry.

+ -1 moreThey came a little early (after calling first), then got right to work and left everything very clean and orderly. The spent extra time on the bad spot of the bedroom carpet getting it clean.
Description of Work: These guys came out and cleaned all three carpeted rooms of my apartment. They even spent a lot of time on a really dirty area of my son's room and got it surprisingly clean. They were very professional.

They kept me updated daily, sent me before/after photographs, explained what needed to be done, and got the work done in a timely manner. They were thorough, detailed, and went above and beyond the scope of the job to help us. They were always available to answer all our questions and helped us out even after their part in the project was done. They were also experts in mold remediation.
Description of Work: They did restoration work for major water damage including cleaning, demolition, and pumping out the water. They also removed mold contaminated material.

+ 2 moreIt went well over all. I told the start to finish story above and would not hesitate to use Allmighty Clean again.
Description of Work: Three carpets, a ceramic tile bathroom and a mattress were cleaned. The cleaning was exceptional as was the young man who did the work. One caveat, however, when I originally made the appointment, I said I wanted the carpets to be cleaned and stretched. The technician was not told that and I had many things to do when he was there. After he cleaned. I mentioned the stretching and he said he couldn't do it as it need to be done before cleaning. Make sure you let the technician know what you want and not just the person setting the appointment. I asked for a bid over the phone and the cost was right on for the services performed. Since there isn't a trip charge I can do the tacking another time, however the technicians advice was to get new carpet in the room that needed it most. I agree. The mattress cleaning turned out very well and I was glad I did it. Next, I plan to have them do an oriental rug. I was particularly impressed that he talked me out of cleaning the kitchen tile as the grout was loose. Since this is a rental property, I didn't want to go to the added expense of regrouting after a deep cleaning. The grout was in better shape in the bathroom and it turned out well.

+ -1 moreThe company was very responsive and were able to come out the next day. The house was vacant and so there was no furniture to deal with. I got a phone qoute from them first and the young lady quoted 260.00$ based on .22 cents per square foot. This is where the coupon they offer got me. The coupon is for 3 rooms at 133.00$ my 3 rooms were only 350 sqft, that's almost a dollar a foot. Had I not used the coupon I would have saved 80.00$ (seems like bait and switch to me) They cleaned the carpets very well, I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definetly clarify prices before using them on my other properties

+ 1 moreCalled the office to schedule carpet cleaning, I had a coupon for three rooms and I wanted to clean a hallway coming in from the garage that was really dirty . Wanted to replace carpet with tile but my tile had been discontinued. Tim call one hour before appointment that he was running ahead of schedule and came over within 10 minutes. Vacuum the carpet with extra super vacuum . Steam cleaned the carpet putting all furniture up on blocks to allow to dry. The hall carpet was like new carpeting and the other rooms white carpet became white again. Tim was very professional and cleaned up after his self. I got a estimate for tile floors and will have the come next month to clean my tile. I was very satisfy with the service!

+ 1 moreAll Mighty Clean is an awesome company.I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.They are friendly,personable folks ,too,which made the experience all that more pleasant. Tim arrived 15 minutes early..now how often does that happen?!He worked for 4 hours.I was unaware the tile grout was not black but was a lovely reddish brown(This was the first time I had it cleaned since I bought the house 5 Years ago). I have 3 dogs so the task was challenging to say the least.Be sure to ask about the pet extreme clean if you are a pet owner. I felt their prices were reasonable also.You would be wise to let these folks make your floors and carpets like new!

+ 0 moreI was surprised at the price for cleaning the tile floors but the difference in appearance between before and after was amazing and well worth the cost. Tim came out right on time and called first to let me know he was on his way. He worked hard for almost 3 hours non-stop--very professional and polite. It was obvious to me that he takes pride in doing the best job possible and I appreciated his work ethic very much. The owner's wife is very sweet and spent time on the phone with me answering all questions. Honestly, the tiles and carpet look and smell brand new. No way I could have achieved this on my own. Having a professional do it makes a big difference. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I got the special $135 for 3-bedrooms of carpet cleaning and then also added carpet cleaning for the stairway to the 2nd floor and pressure cleaning the tile floors in my living room, patio, and 3 bathrooms. This cost me an additional $300 for a total of $435 (about 3 hours of work).

When they cleaned the carpets the first time, I was unhappy with the texture of the carpets, and they came back out and redid the whole room for free.

Their work turned out ok. They failed to use a mold spray, so we did have issues with mold after they performed their work. Therefore, I probably won’t recommend them to others.
