I think they did a great job!

I have been using Allmighty Clean for about 6 years now. We have known the owners, Shawn and Kathy for that time through our business association, and have had them do cleaning jobs for us close to a hundred times. They are well priced, professional and honest people. I would have no concern about leaving them working in my home and going to the grocery store. Shawn's knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials consistently results in a superior outcome no matter what job we have presented to them. Occasionally a carpet stain will leach back up from something which has soaked into the pad. Although this is not their fault, Allmighty Clean has always come back as needed to redo these areas and to solve the underlying problem. You absolutely cannot go wrong using this company for your carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and water extraction (after a leak or flood) needs.

It went extremely well. The two gentlemen arrived a little ahead of schedule, but I was ready for them. They asked me to show them what I wanted done. The lead gentleman suggested that I have a dry demonstration to show the dirt that could be hiding in my living room furniture. I agreed. When I saw the amount of dirt that was in the fabric, I agreed to have the 3 pieces of furniture cleaned. They were careful, professional, and completed everything in less than an hour and a half. They informed me how long I should wait before putting the cushions back onto the furniture and how long I should wait before removing the plastic bumpers under the furniture legs.

Left work and arrived home 10 minutes BEFORE the scheduled appointment. There was a phone message that they had arrived 1/2 hour earlier than the appointment, and, since I was not home, they moved on to their next appointment. When I called I was told this was my fault, it was company policy and I have to re-schedule. Never again. Totally unprofessional. I had to take vacation to make this appointment. Would never recommend ALMIGHTY to anyone!

Allmighty was scheduled for 8:30 am. When no one had shown up by 9:00, I called the company to see if the cleaners were running late. I was told that they were probably on their way and that the scheduler would contact them and call me back. A half-hour later I called again and was told that somehow the order had "fallen through the cracks" and that the workers would not be available that day. I was offered another time and date, an offer which I declined since I had taken the morning off from work to meet the cleaners. I understand that mistakes can happen, but their failure to call me back after I had contacted them was inexcusable. They were not Allmighty reliable.

This is the second time I have used this company; the first time was in 2004 upon recommendation from Homeowners RX. Two gentlemen came to handle the job. They first vacuumed the rooms, steam cleaned them, and then used dryers to help to dry the carpets more quickly. They also cleaned one ottoman for me. They were efficient, polite, and respectful of my furniture. I would definitely recommend them.
