Everything went well, from the talks with Jerry about what kind of replacements to choose to the final installation. In removing the old single-pane doors and windows they discovered leaks around the edges of the 'eyebrows' over the windows, which they sealed for me and recommended that I get the problem permanently repaired by a roofer. Steve even put in a board to prop up an old gate that was falling down at the entrance to the back yard. There was a slight scratch on one of the new sliding windows, which they replaced soon after. I've used this company before and am always satisfied with their product and their work. They are friendly and efficient, and I highly recommend them.

The windows are double pane and very good, but they are very expensive. They had a very good reputation so I thought I would try them. They were thorough and accurate, and the windows made all the difference in the world.

Company was excellent with the quote. No high pressure, purely friendly and professional. They quoted on their locally manufactured windows and a Jen-weld sliding glass door because GlassRite does not manufacture doors. Their quote was about 10% higher than the company I eventually selected. I liked the design of windows (Milgard) from the company I selected a bit better than the GlassRite product. GlassRite offers an extremely good warranty. If I had not been for the price difference and the fact that the GlassRite frame is slightly thicker, I would have selected them to do the work. With the thicker frame, I probably would have had a problem reinstalling my window blinds. This and price were the deciding factors. GlassRite is an excellent company. I would definitely consider them in the future is I need this type of service again.

Gil and his crew replaced all the windows in one day. They were professional and cleaned up inside and out. The sliding glass door was installed; however it was the wrong door. The door was left in and replaced later when the special order arrived. Our neighbors ordered windows and got a deal on the "wrong" door.

I got estimates from 5 companies that do window replacement. Glass-Rite is a local family-owned business, and the windows are made here in town. I was especially impressed by the no-pressure sales technique when I met with Dan. They did not call me daily to see if I had decided to go with them as 3 of the companies did. The time to install was estimated at 2 - 2 1/2 days. The crew arrived on the day I requested and finished the following day. When they left everything was cleaned up beautifully. The windows look great! I would highly recommend Glass-Rite!

The work turned out well and it was a good company. They were very prompt, gave feedback and did the work quickly. It was a good quality work.

They are a local place. They were quick and quiet. Overall they did a great job. They even let me spray inside the window openings for bugs before they installed the last of the windows. They cleaned up really well and everything turned out great. We would absolutely use them again.

The job went excellently overall. The salesperson was straight forward and helpful. Everything was done on time and they were clean and thorough.

I called them out and they said yes indeed the window is damaged. So they are fixing it. They aren't charging me to repair the window, only for the parts needed to fix the window. I think Glass- Rite is definitely one of the best companies in Albuquerque. Glass- Rite has replaced all of the windows in this house and they are absolutely fabulous, they have even taken care of 21 sky lights.

Overall I was happy although they did forget to vaccuum in the den and we were still finding glass fragments in the carpet a week later The bathroom sill tile got badly smashed in the removal of the old window and the repair job was messy and looked terrible! I called them back and they repaired it properly and carefully with no hassles.The end result was great!

It went well. Since we were not doing them all he recommended going with the quality Jeld-wen brand they handle because the frame color matched our current windows. When the windows came in the grid pattern was incorrect so they sent them back. They did this 4 times till it was exactly correct and lined up correctly. Even though I probably would not have noticed that the top window grid did not exactly line up with the bottom they did and would not install them till they were right I greatly appreciate that fact.

I got a quote from three different vendors, Glass-Rite came in towards the middle of the range. Based in part on the reviews here, I ended up going with them. The entire process took place over a few months. First they sent out someone to test for lead around the windows. Then after the windows were done being manufactured(little over a month later), they called to schedule the installation. On the day of the installation a couple guys arrived in the morning and worked until they were done with all 13 windows around 7pm. The installers did a great job and explained everything I needed to know. No problems with the installation/windows so far. They work great. I'll be sure to update this if anything goes wrong down the line.

All went ok until the seal failed on the newly installed (w/3-yearwarranty). GlassRite refused to honor warranty blaming the window manufacturer for the problem. I have since found better glass replacement service at less than half the price!

I was surprised at how long they took to install, It was warm out when they measured, snowing during the install. But there were no surprises they told me a date, i was surprised it was two months out!

After asking for bids from two other companies, we decided on Glass-Rite largely because of their ranking and reputation on Angie's List. Their prices were very competitive and promptness was very good. They delivered and installed the glass as promised. The workers were excellent. I did find a few pieces of glass inside after the install, but because we have brick floors, the task of finding all of the broken glass was difficult as pieces could fall between the bricks. Overall, the work was outstanding, and the salesperson with whom we worked was very attentive.

They removed the old door, replacing it with a new one. They were very careful to make certain everything fit and functioned as it should. They cleaned up after the job, and hauled the old door away.

Salesperson was experienced and knowledgeable. Installation crew was professional, skilled, and efficient.

The Glass Rite guys arrived right on time worked their butts off for almost 9 hours straight. They replaced 12 old windows with 12 new ones and did a beautiful installation job. The guys were courteous, efficient and very hard working! I was amazed how fast they worked! They got the job done in a single day and cleaned up everything perfectly They even vacuumed and cleaned the floors around the windows. I was very impressed and the windows look great! I would definitely recommend Glass Rite to others considering window replacement.

I was very pleased, and the new windows are quieter, warmer, work smoothly and look just great. The workers showed how to use them before they left. All the work was completed in one day, as promised. Glass-rite had been recommended to me separately by several people, and I was happy with their work.

Installation went very well. They estimated that the work would take three days and it did. There were one or two blurps, but Glass-Rite's response was "what can we do to make this right?' And they did. They did an excellent job of clean-up. The windows are beautiful inside and out, and they are amazingly energy-efficient. I've seen a significant decrease in utitlities since they were installed. In the words of one of Glass-Rite's competitor's...I love my new windows!

The people who did the installation were polite and respected my property. They completed the work in a day and also cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

We called for an estimate, and Dan came when he said he would and provided a good estimate. We got estimates from 2 other companies, and Glass-Rite was cheapest with the Angie's list coupon. We toured Glass-Rite's factory and one other, and were most impressed with Glass-Rite (4 pt welding vs 2 pt). Glass-Rite stayed with their original schedule and even moved it in 2-3 days because a prior job finished early. The installers, Gil and Julian, were very neat, conscientious and professional. All work was completed in the time promised (2.5 days), and Glass-Rite took down all window coverings and re-installed them after the new windows were installed. There was no harm to stucco or drywall. Also, we'll get the $1500 tax credit for installing energy efficient windows.

This company is amazing at every level - from the sales people to the office people to the installation people. They are first-rate at what they do. This was step two in a summer of fixing up my old house. I had the roof replaced, then I had the windows put in, and then the house re-stuccoed. I had planned for all three things for a long time, knowing that if possible, doing them consecutively would be smart. Every part of this experience was positive. I was dreading the installation because I imagined that removing the old casement windows would be messy and dangerous, but was assured they could complete the installation in one day. These guys are all incredible. They were fast, professional, precise, and the windows still look excellent two years later. I've recommended this company to a couple friends who have also had Glass-Rite do their windows and we all agree this is a great, well-run company, with an excellent product.

I contacted this company because many people I had spoken to said they used them with excellent results and highly recommended them. They were quick to send someone out to give us a free estimate and the person was punctual. They set up an appointment to install within two weeks. They showed up on time and did a quality job. They cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't even tell anything major had been done. The windows are very nice and keep the room cooler in summer and warmer in winter AND the noise reduction is incredible!
