I did some digging on the internet, decided on this company because of quality. Their location is small, nice staff, answered all my questions knowledgeably and honestly. Gave me several options, even though I was only doing one window. Put a small down payment on the window, and then picked up a few weeks later as promised. The window looks great.

I ordered a replacement garage window from Glass Rite and hoped to get it installed before I had my house restuccoed. Chester came by exactly when he said he would, took measurements and my order. He said the window should be ready in 4 weeks, possibly sooner. After only 3 weeks, I was able to schedule the stucco job but hadn't heard from Glass Rite yet. I called them to see if it would be possible to get my window installed with only a few days notice. Bill didn't hesitate at all, said the window had just come in that day and he would see if it could be installed the very next day. Indeed, Mike and Odell, came by the next day and in 45 minutes my new window was in, just in time for the restucco job. The installers were fast and efficient, and cleaned everything up very well. Everyone at Glass Rite was pleasant and so accommodating about my situation, willing to fit my rush job into their already busy schedule.

OVERALL IT WAS GREAT, FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE WORKMEN, EVERYTHING WAS DONE EXACTLY AS PROMISED. THE WORKMEN TOTALLY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. AS A SINGLE WOMAN, I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED BY THE RESPECT I RECEIVED FROM ALL THE MEN - I NEVER FELT UNCOMFORTABLE IN ANY WAY. THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED SYSTEMATICALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THERE WAS NO CHAOS AND NO MESS.

It went very well. They were on time, on budget, and they did a good job. They offered the lowest price. I have nothing to complain about and I am using them again for my home next month.

Glass-Rite was very efficient. The windows have really changed the temperature of my house, which is good. The installers were great at the services they provided. They worked very fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice people.

From the estimate to the clean up, personnel were courteous, informative, and professional. My calls were always returned promptly. Installation began on time and took only one day. Finishing around windows inside blended well with the walls. There was a possibility that the ceramic tiles on the sills might crack when old windows were being removed; not one was cracked. Glass Rite worked closely with the company who will restucco the house to insure a good seal and desired finish. Great job.

The service was done professionally, with very little interruption to our routine. A person came out, measured the windows, and gave us an estimate. It took several weeks for the windows to be made. We scheduled a date for installation, and the installers arrived as advertised. The only glitch has been some minor stucco damage around the patio door, which Glass-Rite is repairing.

Extremely well. Salesperson was very responsive. Turns out they used the same product that I had installed on the rest of the house. Came back three times to confirm measurements and try to find the best combination to meet my specifications and minimize costs. Custom order took three weeks to come in. They were a bit backlogged with installations, and it took three days, but was well worth it. Installers were very professional, hardworking (no down time), attentive to detail and receptive to my questions and requests. Windows not only had to be installed in existing openings but needed finish carpentry for trim work on the interior and similar trim work for cladding on the exterior. I was very apprehensive about this large and expensive project, but Glass Rite made the experience a positive one.

The 2 man crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were very professional and friendly. The head installer paid a lot of attention to detail and quality control. The job took a day and a half and was finished on time. A few adjustments were needed and the installers came back out and made the changes. Their attitude was good.

If a contractor of any kind shows up when planned, they are worlds above the competition. From the first estimate appointment, they showed up on time and were professional. They also arrived on time for the actual job, were professional and the job was completed on time. For someone with small children, this is important! The work was great and I've been very pleased with my windows.

Excellent. Salesman knew the codes in detail, knew where tempered glass was required and where it was not. Measured repeatedly and carefully, detecting the non-centered shape noted above. No pressure, no gimmicks, no *expletive*. Installed around the date they projected. Took about seven hours to complete. The complicated geometric windows fit perfectly and installation went smoothly. On the single-hung windows, they filled holes left behind in the sill (for removed cranks for old basement windows), moved the security system wiring. I had only to add some new sensor magnets. My only complaint was that they left behind some very fine glass shards from the old windows, basically a line of glass where the broom met the dustpan. They might want to vacuum that when they are done. The windows seem well made, they fit tightly and operate smoothly. The ridge that you grip to open and close seems a bit flexible and I wonder about long-term durability on those. Lifetime warranty.

I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL BY CLEANING UP THEIR MESS WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED. THEY ARE HONEST AND HARD WORKING. EVERYONE SHOULD USE THEM.

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE PRICE, BUT I DID CHECK AROUND AND I WANTED A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE CLEAN UP. I WAS IMPRESSED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DISRUPT MY HOME.

THAT COMPANY DID A VERY NICE JOB ON THE WINDOWS. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND VERY RESPONSIBLE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN. THE COMPANY EMPLOYEES WERE RELIABLE AND VERY COURTEOUS.

THEY GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. THEY HAD A LOT OF DIFFERENT STYLES AND FINISHES TO CHOOSE FROM. OUR CONTRACTOR HAD SUGGESTED THEM. THE INSTALLERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND PAID ATTENTION TO THE TRIM OUTSIDE.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB MAKING CUSTOM FIT WINDOWS FOR MY ADOBE STYLE HOUSE. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD JUST TEST ONES THAT THEY WANTED TO TRYOUT FIRST, AND THE TEST ONES FIT PERFECTLY. THEY ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO.

I THOUGHT GLASS-RITE DID A SPECTACULAR JOB INSTALLING OUR WINDOWS. THE THING THAT REALLY STOOD OUT WAS THEIR PROFESSIONALISM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB VERY QUICKLY. I THINK THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO US BY A LOT OF PEOPLE. THEY GAVE US A WARRANTY ON THE WORK THAT THEY DID. WE NEEDED THEM TO FIX ONE OF THE WINDOWS FOR US AND THEY DID IT WITHOUT ASKING ANY QUESTIONS.
