Description of Work: I submitted a review a year ago but it seems to have disappeared. Don't have records in front of me, so I am not sure about exact cost or dates. Replaced 8 windows (one large slider, 3 in bay window) and sliding glass door in 35-year-old house, with dual-pane, gas-filled, vinyl windows meeting federal energy rebate standards. Windows are great, installation went very well, no complaints. Glass-Rite had installed 3 windows about 10 years previously, and we returned to them because we were very happy. No sales pressure or hard-sell tactics -- I actually had gotten quotes each year for a couple of prior years before being able to afford windows, without pressure to proceed when we couldn't. Great job, very clean, and they even swept up a pile of ants and debris in our driveway as part of the general clean-up, even though that debris had nothing to do with the job. Very good value and service.

Description of Work: I have metal clad double pain windows in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Several of the windows had lost their seal and moisture had gotten into the space between the panes of glass. They replaced these pains of glass of glass professionally, in one day, and at the price they quoted. They also replaced 2 screen doors for walk out glass doors. One of the things they told me was that if these type of windows are manufactured at lower elevation when the come to NM the seal have a tendency to break because of the internaI pressure; They make their product locally and avoid this issure. I recommend them highly
