Excellent! I entered an online request for a quote on Tues end of day, and at 8:30a Weds Elaine called and left voice mail. Chris came out to quote on Fri promptly at 9:30a, price was very reasonable, and he was able to do the work right then. He had planned ahead and brought everything he needed, and left the area very clean. This will be my new garage door repair company, and I already told my neighbor about them. Great job!

They put in garage doors and actually before I moved here they'd installed it. He has come and did some repair work sometimes. The last I came out, which was a few months ago, my garage door wouldn't close and the girl on the phone she said had you had anybody and this saved me them having to come and they didn't charge anything because they had already been out and serviced my garage door. They said if anybody been there because here there are these sensors on the side of the garage door. I didn't know that if something got in front of them it won't work. So there was nothing wrong with the garage door. So they're coming to clear the various. What had happened was that the working men had been here and he had put out traps and it was in that line. So they girl said clear everything out in front of where the visible line is and she said now see if it will work and it worked. So I didn't have a service call because they were somebody who'd already done something and they were willing to help you over the phone. I couldn't get my car out. I couldn't get my garage door to do anything and I'm like I can't pick up that garage door. What do you take a part to fix it. The girl called. She didn't call me an idiot but when she was done telling me what was wrong I felt like one but it worked perfect. I know they are backup one anytime my garage door won't open and you can't get your car out. Everybody was extremely courteous and they were also able to complete both jobs. The first time they came there was something they needed to fix. There was a loose wire. They did that but then the guy gave me like a lecture on the maintenance for. garage doors. I didn't know you need to spray lubricants on it. The only thing I can say they are number 1 in helping you maintain a garage door.

It went very well. Mario was great and answered my questions and requests. They did a few minor adjustments on the springs and guide racks on each side that ensured the door lowered easily and evenly. I would say that it is definitely worth it to pay extra to have the door and components adjusted if necessary. Before the adjustments, my door was lowering unevenly and I could not figure out why. Was not noticeable when I manually lowered and raised the door. The technician immediately saw what needed adjusting. I will definitely call this company for future garage door needs.

He was very professional, and did excellent work. Answered all my questions very well too. Only thing that kept it from being better is the labor charge of $115 for 1 hour of work is high.

Everything works fine except the door squeaks a bit when it is hot.

Adam was professional and made some suggestions. There was no attempt to sell more than I needed. He also put a brace on the top of the garage door where it would bow for no charge. The entire repair took less than 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend to others and use them again!

They were excellent. The price was reasonable. They were wonderful. There was one guy. He left the area very clean. They don’t have anything to work on, they have got it together, which is nice.

I couldn't be more happy with the service, the product, and the price. One of the original doors that were installed in the 80's failed (spring snapped in half and luckily no one was standing nearby as it would have been fatal). The next day I called Diane at Nestors. She was very helpful by setting up a same day assessment, which was followed up with a next day installation. The sales and service manager performed the assessment and a different gentleman performed that install. The install was done in few hours. Both doors were removed, the new doors installed, and everything cleaned up. I didn't need to have new motors installed because I did that the year before after I bought the house, just so I could open the garage doors to park in the garage. I called around to five different places to get a ballpark estimate. Nestor was the best price and the quickest install.

It was great from beginning to end. A friend of mine recommended Garage Door by Nestor so I looked on Angie's list to see reviews. I also checked out reviews for other companies. I called and they scheduled an exact time of 8am and the repair man was there. He repaired the garage door (a spring)... gave a couple of different options, my wife chose the $10 better spring and warranty. They charged an honest fair price and did some extras like tighten the chain and oil things up. We even had a $20 off coupon right here from Angie's List. The repair man was polite and respectful. I would recommend 100%. I think Francisco was his name.

Garage Doors by Nestor LTD returned the call on Monday 2-29-16 and were very short and rude explaining "they do not have 24 hour services and do not work on weekends". They did make an appointment to come out this week. The repair man did come out and work on the door. I asked what do we do if there is an emergency on the weekend, who would we call? He did not have an answer. The work was finished and the work order signed. We asked for a copy and he said he could not give us one.I asked if I could make a copy of the work order and give him the original. He said he would have to call his office.He did get permission to let me make a copy, which I did and gave him his original. I called his office and spoke to the person who answered the phone.I said I was calling and asking what does someone do when they cannot open/close there garage door and it is on the weekend.Is there another company to call for help? This person there said that there is not any one to call.They only work Monday through Friday.If something happened on the weekend, I would have to wait until Monday to call and get help with the garage door. I asked would you reimburse me if I called another company and had them come out to fix an emergency situation and they said no. I asked then what does someone do? They said that they are only able to help with problems Monday through Friday during work hours.I asked if it might make sense for someone to look at setting up a Plan A, Plan B for future problems there customers would have.They said that there has never been any problems. The staff person at Garage Doors by Nestor started to get very loud, upset, rude and defensive.I said that this is not good to have upset customers with word of mouth information. I gave this person my phone number and said that I would be glad to talk to the owner about ideas on how to help cover emergency issues. They took down my name and number.
