Four Seasons Sunrooms

At first, the salesman and company seemed great including meeting the owner in person at the final signing of the contract. Once they got our money, the customer service went out the window. They never came by to do a final walk-through or do a final inspection despite requests. We ended up writing a personal letter to the owner and received a phone call telling us that they would be calling us to discuss. By this point, the cement was cracking and there were other misc. minor items needing to be fixed. We only had one worker come by to take photos of the cracks and the final inspection from the city finally occurred after 6 months. We have yet to hear from the company even to provide a simple customer service follow-up. We also had another issue with part of the roof flange that came loose from high winds. Another worker came by to fix it. The construction workers were excellent however the construction was pretty skimpy at best. We love the sunroom but not happy with the company and would absolutely not recommend them to others. Customer Service is of great importance to us and we feel that they failed miserably.

The owner's son and the foreman both took measurement for the sunroom in the planning stage. Both missed that the pipe for our drip system had to be moved. On the day when they were laying down the pad, I was told that a plumber was needed to move the pipe about a foot over. They called a company they use frequently "All Around. Plumbing". It should have been a red flag when the guys they sent did not finish the job. They took off for the day but left their tools in the front of our house with the cover to the main water line open. I found this when I came home from work as I could not stay to supervise. We paid All Around Plumbing $260 for this unexpected job. Well, we had another surprise in the spring when we turned on the drip system. Lo and behold, these idiots did not tightened the pipe when they moved it over. We had three feet or more of water under the foundation of the sunroom. We had to hire another company to dig the water out in order to get to the pipe. It cost $700 for the service. We let Four Seasons know and they did send out a supervisor who assured us that the integrity of the foundation was not compromised. In fact, this individual did not understand why we had problems with All Around Plumbing because they never had. The building of the sunroom should have been a easy job if there was better attention to details by the people involved. We had to spend almost a thousand dollars in additional to the cost of the sunroom. If we had known earlier, we could have hired a plumber whom we trusted to do an excellent job. Four Seasons denied any responsibility for their poor planning and unreliable contracted plumbing co. We will never trust our business to this co. again and would in our right minds recommend them to anyone.
