Showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, handed me a coupon for 10% off my next service call, and then billed me zero for replacing the faucet this time. I was shocked speechless.
Description of Work: My hose bib, previously installed two years ago by Flo-Right, was malfunctioning (it was turning itself on for no reason). Flo-Right replaced the faucet at no charge to me, even though it was out of warranty.
