The guys called and were able to show up early. They came in figured out what was needed and quickly fixed the issue. They tested everything and even connected the dry vent even though I didn't ask them to.

It was great. He was very nice and very professional. I was pleasantly surprised. It all looks really nice. Apparently, he was really busy so it took us a couple of calls to get a hold of him but once we did, he made an appointment right away and was here. He was right on time.

They were punctual, hauled off the old units and did an excellent job installing the new ones. For a very reasonable charge, they also replaced the main switch for one of the fans. They've been trouble-free.

Appointment was easy to set up, showed up on time as promised. Checked out home's electrical including a room that wasn't working at all and fixed that. Installed GFI outlets near all the sinks as requested. The tech (sorry I forgot his name!) was very helpful, told us much about our system and did the GFI installations quickly at a price for an amount in keeping with their initial estimate. I thought they did a great job for us and would call this company again.

They were on time and they installed the receptacle in about half an hour. One thing about the service that needs to be addressed is they first said they would install the receptacle when it was advertised on Angie’s List. He said it would be installed within five feet of an inside receptacle but they said they would not do that. That was wrong and it was an error on their part when it was advertised. For the outside box, they did not put any corking around the hole they made. I had to go back and do it. I should not have to do it.

Antonio is a consummate professional, knowledgeable and explained/showed me what and why every step of the way, went the extra mile. He confirms appts, shows up on time, is polite and Andy who was working with him is at the same high level. Very fair on price and guarantees work. I assumed they had a computer program of some sort or maybe a portable printing system that would print my circuit mapping scheme suitable for mounting on the cover of the breaker box, but all I got was a poorly handwritten sheet of paper (that I provided) that was difficult to comprehend. In fairness, they DID identify a couple of circuits I was confused about, but it in no way would their product have qualified to be mounted on the panel. After they left, I took what I already knew plus the information I got from them and made my own diagram in Excel - which is what I expected to get from them. The mapping they did was not worth $99. While they were here, I had them replace two outdoor outlets with weather-resistant boxes, and on that task, they did exceptional work and the price was fair. With all the electrical contractors in Albuquerque, there is no overwhelming reason to be a repeat customer, and I will choose someone else next time.
