Will first of all was on time. Very professorial, and honest. and give us an idea on some other work that we need done. We were very happy with their work.

It went well, and we were very satisfied.

IT WENT WELL. HE EVEN USED SOME SUPPLIES I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED AND WAS ABOUT TO RETURN. HE WAS INFORMATIVE AS HE WORKED, EXPLAINING THE HOWS AND WHYS. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT.

5 Star deserves 5 Stars for prompt communication after my first call. The appointment was set up for later that day. Antonio was polite on the phone, punctual for the appointment. He uninstalled 2 fans installed incorrectly and re-installed one so that it was secure and working properly ...wired so the lights and fan were on separate wall switches. I had to replace the broken unit the first person tried to install so Antonio and his partner came back the next day and installed that fan plus one more that I purchased. They were on time, polite, neat, and fast with my projects. I will definitely call them again when I need electrical work done.

Antonio and his helper were right on time and went straight to work. They knocked the job out in under 30 minutes then took the time to explain how the safety features of the outlet work. I had a question about another electrical situation in my garage and Antonio took a look at it and gave me some advise. Antonio did quality work at my home and he seems very knowledgeable of his trade. Thanks, Art

He did a great job he was very honest, the job I originally wanted him to complete was add a new outside electrical outlet however he advised me to not do so and just use a extension cored instead of placing a new outlet. Then he credited me my Big Deal purchase to go towards the work he completed in my bathroom. He is just great.

The service was fine. They came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges. They were quick and professional. They did the job and it was neat. I would use them again.

Antonio of 5 star was reliable, & punctual (even showing up a few minutes early) on each occasion & he professionally completed the work requested. I recommend him.

They arrived on time. They had the new panel in and working in around 2 hours. They showed me the damaged parts. They said they would do any sheetrock work that needed to be done as a result of installation, but fortunately there was none. They swept up when work was completed.

Based on reading reviews here on Angie's List I called Five Star Electric. We'd had a window air conditioner in our bedroom window for years -- and now with the added load of my wife's new computer and a few other accessories, the air conditioner would blow the circuit breaker with increasing frequency. Clearly, it needed its own circuit. Five Star Electric quoted over the phone an estimate of about $250 to $260. I said, "Let's do it." Two guys arrived precisely at the scheduled time, looked at the work to be done, and started in. They figured the time the job would take, and actually accomplished it an hour faster. The work looks great, the air conditioner no longer blows circuit breakers, and Five Star Electric reduced the price by about $50 since they were able to connect to an already-installed-but-unused circuit breaker in the panel rather purchase and furnish another one. They could have pocketed the savings, but they passed the savings right on to me, the customer. When they were done they swept up all the plaster dust, put the furniture back, and left the work area spotless! I'm a happy customer!

verThey showed up eight minutes early and were very friendly. We discussed what was to be done. I showed them the two interior outlets I thought they should wire into. I asked how long it would take and they said, "About 20 minutes." I took that to mean "per box". But the entire job was completed in 20 minutes (actually about 18 minutes). They told me to test the outlets to make sure I was satisfied. I did and am quite pleased. The outlets are covered to protect from the weather. This job brings my house up to code and makes my new deck much more useful. They cleaned up all the left over wire, packaging, etc. The price was excellent (an Angie's list deal). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done on their home.

Antonio and his assistant worked well together. One would read off the brand and type of breaker while the other wrote the list. They promptly went for the supplies and materials and came back quickly to redo the breaker box. After they were done they checked the outlets and marked my breakerbox accordingly. I had expected the job to take longer and at first was taken aback by how quickly the job was completed (including the replacement of the outer receptacle and the GFI unit). Then I realized that they were just concentrating on the job, knew what they were doing, worked like a team, and did the job right. Much better to get good results in half the time, than having workers back and forth for a full day. The deal I bought included all the supplies and materials needed. We spoke about code and how it has changed. I asked him if I could call him when I built a new home on a lot I own and he informed me that he does new construction as well as repair and remodel. It is refreshing to have a contractor that actually shows up as agreed and that gets the job done right the first time and in record time at that!

It was good. They were great! They were on time. They're courteous, they clean, they're friendly, they're great. The installation was perfect!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was all right. I had to also pay for parts. The price was fine and the quality was okay. I don't know if I would use them again.

They did a good job. They were on time, on schedule, and did everything they were supposed to. However, I wish they had taken all their trash with them. I would recommend them to anyone. Another electrical company looked at their work and said it was done very well.

Installation was excellent. On time and complete.

Fundamentally they completed the job as requested, and they got back to me promptly to schedule the work as well as came on time to do the job. However, there were cigarette butts left all around the exterior of the home at the electrical box, there were multiple places where they left dirty hand prints on the white walls as they replaced each wall outlet, they used a sheetrock screw instead of a bolt that is used to secure the outlet in the box as they must have lost one when switching these out, they left black residue marks on 3 white can lights they installed in my kitchen ceiling (telling me that i could just clean those off) and lastly, one of these can lights wasn't installed properly and actually is no longer flush with the ceiling but actually has sliped down out of it's opening in the ceiling. Overall, poor workmanship and care for my home.

I spoke with them over the phone to set up the appointment. When I described the issue, he admitted that the panel swap-out would likely not fix it and he encouraged me to pursue a refund from Angie's List. I really spent a lot of time with him on the phone and I would certainly use him in the future. He did offer to come out and check the box to see if it would behoove me to replace it, which I considered. I will keep his phone number for future work.

Antonio called when he was on his way. I needed a size larger fan than the offer called for. He was informative and picked up the fans I needed. He cleaned up the mess. Gave me an estimate for another project. Very polite, friendly.

I bought an Angies Big Deal for the outdoor plug. They did such a good job I hired them to install a ceiling fan in my living room, which has a high ceiling. They were great on both jobs. On time, very nice and professional. I will use them again.

I called Antonio on Friday and he was able to come on Monday with another worker named Jeff, only two days later which was great. His pricing was also very fair and the reviews he has on Angie's list looked good so I didn't hesitate to go with him. He came in a bit early and finished the job earlier than expected, which was great. The only problem was the fact that he used my TV box (for a 55 inch plasma TV, not just any box) as a trash box and I had to sit and clean it out afterward. I guess it looked like an empty box he could use, but he should've asked. He also didn't install the actual casing on the light switch because he said "it didn't fit"... but when I looked at it, it seemed like the one he brought just broke and he didn't want to go through the trouble of getting another one. So now I have to do that myself, which isn't a big deal but enough to where I can't give him an A on the review. Otherwise, everything was done exceptionally well and I'm very happy with the job.

They arrived. They did the job. They left. The recepticle works just fine.

I had 3 outlets not working. Tech came out and discovered a GFI circuit breaker, hidden in the garage that had tripped. Reset GFI and all fixed. Total time: 10 minutes. When I asked tech if he would look at a non-functioning motion-sensor light, he refused, saying that I had only "ordered" a fix for the non-working plugs. I told him that since I had paid him for an hour's work, I didn't understand why he couldn't take another 10 minutes to check out my light. From there it was all downhill. He also mocked me for asking for the Angie's List 5% discount, so I paid him the full amount. This guy does NOT have any concept of customer service, or keeping someone happy. He SAID he couldn't understand why I wasn't happy because he had "fixed my problem." If that were true, then he just doesn't have a clue.
