Antonio and his helper came promptly. In fact they were able to come the very same day I called them. They are courteous and went to work immediately. In no time they located the cause of the problem (no light in one area of the house) and fixed it. Great service. We will call on them again.

Scheduling was easy. Communication was very clear. The price was fair, it works great and does what we need it to do.

Good! We paid for service on Monday and they said they couldn't get there until Friday. When erik pushed to get the electric fixed earlier than that they said they'd tri and they got here Thursday.

Antonio was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable . Superior service and very courteous and pleasant. My ceiling fan's lights were not turning on. The fan worked fine. Antonio was prompt, in fact he was a little early. After I described what my ceiling fan was not doing, Antonio went to work. He checked the wall outlets that powers the fan and lights and made sure that all the connections we tight. In just a few minutes he was ready to test the lights. His helper was on the ladder and pulled the chains for the lights. The lights did not come on, Antonio climbed on the ladder and he pulled the chains and both sets of lights came on. Very friendly and great customer service. I will definitely use him for future electrical work and will refer him to my neighbors. Excellent job done very quickly. Will definitely use Antonio from Five Star Electric again!!

Two very friendly, professional young men showed up at our house. We showed them what needed to be done and we added one extra service at the last minute. It was not an issue and they were happy to take of that for us. They worked very efficiently in the first room removing the light fixture and installing the ceiling fan. They took the light fixture to another room, removed that light fixture so we could get rid of it and installed the light fixture from the other room. Then they went into our master bedroom to replace an old clunky ceiling fan with a lighter more efficient ceiling fan. They finished all the work in a couple of hours then showed us their work for our approval. We were very please and very impressed. We are new home owners and we will be using Five Star Electric for all of our electrical needs!

The two gentlemen arrived unexpectedly early in the morning. They stated they had left a message on Angie's list re: the date and time of service, though we never received such message. They were very professional, polite and informative They worked cleanly and efficiently and finished the job in about ten minutes. We've had occasion to use the outlet several times and it works very well.

We are moving and taking our Hot Springs Spa with us. So we needed to have it disconnected for the movers. Five Star responded immediately to my call and set up an appointment.. They asked questions regarding the current install to make sure they brought the right equipment to make the disconnect save. On the day of the appointment they called to say they were ahead of schedule and offered to come out earlier, which I accepted. Five Star is a very friendly, professional and responsive company.

Some background: While installing a new electric clothes dryer, the new dryer would not start. Probing the electric outlet indicated the voltage to the outlet was low on one side of the outlet. I called Five Star Electric very late in the afternoon and they said they could be out to check it out around 8:30 AM the next morning. The next morning Antonio Mondragon arrived right on time. He verified that the voltage was high on one side of the outlet and low on the other. Antonio then pulled the cover off the breaker box in the garage and discovered that half a dozen of the screws in the fuse box were loose. After tightening ALL the screws in the fuse box and replacing the cover he probed the dryer outlet again and verified that the voltages were now as expected on all portions of the outlet. The entire service call took about 30-45 minutes. The dryer outlet works fine now. Antonio was very pleasant to work with and fully explained what he was doing. We will definitely call Five Star Electric for future electrical work.

Great--we got what we needed done. The guys were on time, efficient, and professional. We'd definitely call them again, and will recommend them.

If I could give this company an A+, I would definitely do so. Within 2 days of purchasing my Angie's Deal, they were in contact with me to schedule an appointment; that appointment occurred within 5 days after that. The two electricians who came to my house were friendly and mindful of my home. They installed the outdoor socket within an hour and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. FIVE-STAR (should be 10-STAR) ELECTRIC IS AWESOME!!!!!

Contractor and I exchanged emails through Angie's List Message system and determined that what i needed to have done did not fit the terms of The Big Deal they were offering. The contractors response time was immediate and cordial.

Excellent provider. The team was scheduled for 8am - called at 7:30 to verify and showed up about 10 minutes early which was perfect for me. After I described the problem, they immediately diagnosed a worn out CB in the panel box. Replaced the CB in about 5 mintues and they were done. We also discussed some other minor issues I had in a light and recommendations were made that would allow me to fix them myself. Now gouging, extras or over and above issues. Straight to the issue fixed it, I paid and they went to their next job. I would definately use them again.

They did a good job. Two electricians came out to do the service and it took them a couple of hours. They were timely, professional and did everything we wanted them to do. There were no extra charges either.

Antonio did a great job. He provided a very competitive estimate. He was punctual, did quality work, and cleaned up when done. Many of the existing breakers were "doubled up", resulting in Antonio providing more new breakers than anticipated. Antonio did not charge extra for this. I would recommend him to my friends and relatives.

It went great. It wasn't a complicated job, but one I needed help getting done. 5 Star Electric sent two very nice and competent guys to do the installation. They were friendly and efficient and I was very pleased with the service. After the fan was installed we all noticed a noise and I left them to figure it out. Shortly after they called me back in and they had taken the fan down, reinstalled it and it was completely quiet. I would use them again without hesitation.

They did an excellent job. It took them about 30 minutes to do the fan/light combo. They sent 2 electricians.

They arrived exactly on time, which I appreciated. Both guys were very friendly and professional, and checked everything I asked them to check. They completed the work quickly, and then gave me a reasonable estimate on other work I'll need done. I would definitely use their services again.

I called and left a message on Sunday afternoon, my call was returned promptly on Monday AM. Antonio worked with my schedule to set up a quick appointment. He, and crew, arrived right on time and performed needed repairs in no time. He also provided great info in case of future outages. All employees very professional and friendly! I meant to ask him for assistance on another electrical issue, but was too giddy about having my major issue fixed, so I forgot :( Wish I would have utilized the time that I paid for, considering that I think it was high, but I'm pretty sure that it's comparable with ANY electrician. Bottom line, would use again.

Dishwasher stopped working and when I checked the outlet under the sink, was seriously melted and charred. I was not sure what caused it or how safe it was and called Antonio. Even though it was a holiday weekend, he agreed to come over in the afternoon. He was supremely polite, arrived ahead of schedule, explained the problem and went to work. He removed the charred wiring, pigtailed, replaced, tested and was gone in less than an hour. Quite satisfied.

I had bought the coupon thinking I was getting the deal for Phoenix. When I realized my mistake Five Star Electric recommended a refund. But I thought of another job that was needed. Five Star worked with my daughter and son in law to reschedule and install the new outdoor plug and our water timer.

They did a very quick and professional job, assembling the new lamp and hanging it exactly where we wanted it. Then they cleaned up the mess. We were very pleased with their pleasantness and helpfulness.

I called him on a Monday and he answered immediately. My problems weren't urgent so he arrived on Thursday. He was able to come two hours early and called me to tell me that. He was very pleasant and professional. He replaced two receptacles and explained options for a third one that would be a major repair which would necessitate digging under concrete. He checked the breaker box and found a worn out wire which he took care of. It was a problem I didn't know about earlier.

Very professional and came when promised. Did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use again.
