+ -1 moreI've used Bob before, and thought I had found someone I could rely on: dependable and competent. Then, Bob started making commitments that he didn't keep. He was going to do something, but didn't. When he shows up, he can do a good job, though he's forgetful. He just doesn't show up often.

+ -1 moreThe Water heater is fine, but he left the Hot Water Recirculating pump on during the installation. The pump burned out. He said he would fix it, but he never did. We had to pay over $300.00 for a new Pump.
