Fantastic! The carpet was beautifully done and to our great surprise, it was not damp that night. We had extra work done because of pet urine, and the small was gone completely.

We've been using Jay at Fibertech for over 16 years, and would not go to anyone else. Jay is very professional!

The carpets were cleaned to a very clean level. We are selling our house and need everything to look spectacular. The carpets now look great and we have no trails.

I had purchased a Groupon coupon, and not reading the fine print, had not realized that as we had previously used FiberTech, we were not eligible for the coupon. The owner's wife was gracious and kind in explaining my options, and helped me to find one which would be the least expensive for me and still provide the same services. She could not have been more helpful! Joe Shapiro did a wonderful job on our carpets, and I could not be more pleased. I would recommend FiberTech to anyone. Joe is an expert in stain removal and very patient as he explains the options you have to remove, for example, red stains from a white carpet! He spent extra time and materials to do a complete job. I will absolutely plan on using FiberTech each time I need carpet cleaning in the future.

The carpets were cleaned well, however, this is the second time I have received poor customer service from this company. This time, I bought a special, $89 for 3 rooms plus hall. When I booked the appt, I told the person I wanted to use an 8x10 and a 5x7 rug as one room. No problem, it's less than 200 sf. When Jay arrived, I showed him the same... these two rugs for one room, then the dining room + master bedroom equals 3 rooms, and the hallway. No problem he says. He does a great job cleaning the carpets, other than all the water on the floor around the rugs. When he brings the bill, he charged me for FOUR rooms. When I said something about it, he got all in a huff, and said I had told Lori I had 2 5x7s, not a 5x7 and an 8x10. ?! So he was charging a 5x7 rug as a room and an 8x10 as a room?! Instead of arguing with him, I paid him. I will not be calling this company again.

The technician who did the work came right on time and, in fact, would have come earlier if I had been available. He was very personable and efficient, completed the job in about an hour, cleaned up after himself, and left my carpets looking quite good. The carpet in one of the rooms was especially soiled because I and my three dogs spend a lot of time in it. I was very satisfied with the results.

Jay was profesional, knowledgable, and prompt. I appreciated his call ahead to alert me to his arrival. Jay's advise was straightforward regarding what can be done, versus what should be done with a serious red-dye stain we had. It's as if he was advising his own family. His in-depth experience showed through in the various options possible.

Had a coupon, so I knew I would pay a little extra for what I wanted. We made sure to move the larger furniture, and pre-vacuum. This house has cream berber carpet from the 90s. We moved in the summer, and this was our first cleaning. With two dogs and two boys, we joked about how soon we would need to replace the carpet. After the cleaning, we were SHOCKED at how good it looked! We may actually be able to put off that expense! Owner did this amazing task after a very long day (you could tell). I think this business is small, but very busy. Plan ahead. We will definitely use again! Worth more than paid.

I had already visited their web site, as this was a Living Social deal. So I knew to pre-vacuum the floors and move any furniture that I wanted moved. They always seem to have a Living social deal running for new customers, so check that out first. They charge extra for moving furniture if you want them to do it. Prices are on their web site. You may not be able to schedule an appointment for a week or two, because they appear to be very busy and they only work certain parts of the ABQ metro area on certain days of the week. Technician arrived on time. After we discussed which rooms were to be cleaned, he offered an additional service called RX Restorative cleaning. RX uses a different machine than the standard water extraction. After he explained what it was, I elected to have the RX cleaning in a heavily soiled hallway and in the family room. Of course this was an additional charge, but it was reasonable ($25 per area). I think it took less than 2 hours to do the 5 rooms and hallway, including the RX Restorative cleaning. So, I got all of that for a total of ~$125. All in all, I'm happy with FiberTech. They are professional and do a great job cleaning your carpet. Carpet was dry by the next day, as expected. The RX restorative cleaning really made a difference. I don't intend to let my carpet get that dirty again, so I probably won't have to do the RX again.

I purchased a Living Social coupon for carpet cleaning, after checking out Fiber Tech on Angie's List. Additionally, I had one of my couches cleaned. Jay showed up on time (actually a bit before after calling to make sure I was ready) and started work. My carpet was what I would call normally dirty, no spots or stains that needed to be worked on. The same with the couch, though I probably should have cleaned it before I did. The carpet and couch looked great when Jay was finished. I just had this work done today, but I don't anticipate having any issues with it. Jay is a nice guy, and his normal prices seem quite fair.

Jay cleaned several high traffic areas of our carpet that were looking matted and darker than original. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently and thoroughly. The areas that looked the worst were beautiful when he was done! I worried that they might look matted quickly again, but to my surprise they still look beautiful 2 months later! I would highly recommend Jay and his company to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

I purchased a coupon on line to clean 5 rooms with a regular cleaning method. When Jay saw the carpet he suggested I use the deep cleaning "RX". Even though it was more expensive, it was well worth the cost. He was very careful to not damage the furniture he had to work around. To clean 5 rooms took a few hours and when it dried it was like new. I would recommend Fiber Tech as an excellent carpet cleaner who takes pride in their work.

Jay called prior to arrival, was punctual, professional and explained the services he would perform including optional services available. He got right to work and completed the job in less than an hour. Carpet looks terrific. Will definitely use this company again.

Mostly white, 19-yr old carpet that hasn't been professionally cleaned for a few years. Pet stains, artistic roaming child stains, everything you can think of: This guy is amazing. I hadn't cleaned it recently because I determined that I simply have to rip it up and replace it. But looking at it today he's given me years before I have to actually do that! And very reasonably priced compared to the last one I tried a few years ago, who had been highly recommended by a local radio station: that was a disaster, both in price and quality. You must call this service to take care of your carpet, rugs, and upholstery!

I found FiberTech on Craigslist-Albuquerque. In the listing was a reference to Angies List. I paid the $20 dollars and checked their reviews. Actually, there was only 3 but they were positive so I placed a call to the owner. Jay came out several days later at a time convenient for both of us. He provided a quote, which seemed inline with what other companies charge. He set to work and 2 hours later completed the job. Dry time was acceptable, between 4 and 12 hours. I reserved judgement as it takes some time to really know if the job that was done was ok. It has been a week now and I can say that the work was of very good quality. Our carpet is the orginal, around 15 years old, and i was skeptical that a cleaning would make that much difference, well it did. Here is the plus, my wife and daughter loved the job Jay did. So, that was enough for me--money well spent.

They called ahead to inform me of a mix up in the scheduling (2 jobs turned out to be on the other side of town). They were very apologetic and worked with me to arrange the cleaning for later in the day. They called again to let me know they were on their way. It was a quick and easy cleaning (because the house was empty) - approximately 1 hour. He took me back through the rooms after the cleaning was complete to make sure I approved of the job. I found no missed spots or touch-ups necessary. They did a great job of tracking me down to reschedule because they had my spouse's phone number, which was not answered. They eventually got my number from our landlord.
