I was completely surprised by the customer service provided by this company. In the past; with other companies, there was not this level of attention to detail. They sent out a technician to verify that the appliances would fit into the space! Not all the appliances could be installed on the same day and they had to make another trip. They were very accommodating. I would like to thank Valentina and Ron for making this a wonderful experience!

This is the best appliance company I have every worked with. They have bent over backwards to help me with my kitchen remodel. As most remodels go, there have been bumps and Derek, the manager at Ferguson's, has been an absolute dream to work with. I have had some problems getting my range installed due to counter-top issues and Derek has been super responsive as well as creative in finding solutions. The installers have also been nothing but courteous, efficient, proficient and, best of all, on time. I will highly recommend this store to my friends and sincerely hope this posting brings them additional business.

I thought that they were very good. They carry high quality products. So, of course they are going to be a lot more expensive. They were a little high, but for the quality in any brand. If you go to another company you are going to pay a fraction, but you are not going to get the same quality.

After being referred by our countertop salesperson, we went to the Ferguson showroom. Our sales rep at Ferguson was courteous and very knowledgeable. We picked out our range, sink, faucets, disposal and water purifier. They were ordered on time for our kitchen remodel. We were extremely pleased with our experience from start to finish. Prices were competitive. We will go to Ferguson in the future when we remodel our bathrooms.
