 + -1 moreI was referred to Family Plumbing by a friend who was able to get a replacement part from them on a weekend. So, I called for an estimate to replace my furnace, evaporative cooler and water heater. After missing the first appointment, Ernest rescheduled, then spent about two hours surveying my home and talking to me about my project. Unfortunately, after he left that day, I never seen nor heard from him again. I don't believe a customer should have to chase a company to do business with them. It should be the other way around.
Description of Work: Ernest conducted a site visit in order to provide a requested estimate. After that, no estimate or followup occurred.
