I became concerned (one of many red flags) when Aron Zamora increased our monthly bill from $250 to $300 during the month of May. When I asked him about it (because he hadn't discussed the matter with me), he stated that it was because the mowing took longer than anticipated (although it was apparently OK earlier in the year and I continually reminded him to let the clippings lie in the field). I decided to see how it would go. And during month of June, Excel did not mow our back field at all (1 acre and 1/2 of our property, not to mention about 3/4 of the contracted work) - nor did they clean our patios before the July 4 weekend. I sent Aron several messages about the lack of service and got no reply. That is, until he came by our home on 7/25/15 demanding payment for the month of June (which I had forgotten about because he never answered my messages). Although he did not deserve payment, we sent him a final check and terminated the service. I found him to be particularly unprofessional and he even threatened me for the delayed payment (which is still within standard net30 business terms, btw, not to mention that he would go months without invoicing in the past and then we'd get a large bill - which we paid). I can only hope that his poor behavior and poor yard maintenance service will come back to haunt him someday. This is the type of business that does not belong in our community. I can no longer recommend Excel Landscape to our family and friends.

They were very professional. They completed the job sooner than I had anticipated or was told that it was going to be done. The clean up stayed cleaned up. It was excellent clean up. I have used them again a month ago.

He is great. I have never met anyone like him. I have remodeled a whole house and have never come across some so honest. He does exactly what he says he will do. He just wants to make sure you are satisfied.
