The service was timely and the quality excellent. The cost was on the high side, but the results were worth it.

Badly. I returned to pick up the boots, and the repair on the pull hadn't been done. I returned to pick up the sandals, and was told that they didn't have the resoling material and would have to order it. Owner was rude and belligerent.

I Did not use then, so how can I rate them. You need to change your process to allow for "not applicable" to be available as a grade, because if I did not use them, I can't give a grad.

My sandal heel broke loose and i took it to this place. he told me he could fix it in a week, i went back next week, he seemed to have forgotten about my shoes. So he told me to come back next week, so i went again a week from then, he said he didn't get a chance to do it again. He told me to come back next week again. I went back again for the third time and he said he didn't get a chance to do it and now he wasn't even sure whether he can fix it and he said give him one more week and he will try to fix it. I live in the west side. I don't have that kind of time to visit him every week to find out that he tossed my shoes and have forgotten about it.

My wife had a pair of shoes with patent leather covered heels that were damaged. They couldn't be fixed because of that. At my wife's request, the owner tried to use a sealer-colorant to help mask the damage, but, as he predicted, it didn't work. He said he would order some shields that go over the heels to cover the damage and work well for patent leather shoes. We haven't checked back on those yet. He was very nice to work with, knowledgeable, and very forthcoming about what he could and could not do. We offered to pay for what he did try to do for us, but he wouldn't accept any money, and told us if we wanted, we could just drop a dollar or two into a charity collection container he had on the counter.

I thought it was a little pricey, but what I needed done I got done. They were nice shoes and he said they would last a long time. It would be more to replace them.

Results met my needs, allowing me to safely wear a brand new pair of sale shoes that were ordered online. The shoes were purchased on clearance and thus, could not be returned. I've done business with this company before and have recommended it to others.

The shoes look great! One pair was pretty worn and I thought wouldn't really look much different but they looked really good. The proprietor was congenial and very service oriented. I would be willing to try taking things there for repair if needed.

great. Brought boot in on a Saturday of holiday weekend and was ready Thursday. Ready when he said it would be and looked great. Very reasonable price.

I went to the shoe store and explained that I wanted red half soles put on a pair of my Christian Louboutin women's shoes. The owner of the shoe repair shops was very courteous and knew immediately what was needed. He showed me two styles of red half soles to choose from. The price was very reasonable. He said that they would be ready in a week and they were. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I was very pleased and will give this shop all my future shoe repair business. I learned that they also polish shoes and handbags which is a service that I plan to use in the future.

The service was fast and the price was reasonable. They replaced a strap on a purse and it broke within a week of the repair. The repairman, I think probably knew it would not last and I just wish he would have communicated that. I would possibly use them again however.

We've used this shoe repair shop twice within the last two years. The last time was around the Christmas holidays 2010 when my daughter was visiting. She has some European-made boots which needed challenging heel repair. Not only were the heel soles worn but the leather above the heels was damaged. After explaining to the owner/shoe repairer that our daughter needed the shoes in less than a week, he accommodated our time constraint and agreed to have them done within the week. We were so grateful for his quality work and timeliness. He takes pride in his work and knows his stuff.

I had 2 pair of shoes that were tearing apart on the sides. They sewed them so they should last another couple of years.

Dropped of the shoes. They were ready a week later. They turned out beautifully and were each individually wrapped in plastic sleeves and all placed inside of another plastic bag. I was impressed! Great work!

The gentleman at European Boot & Shoe Repair does a good job for a fair price and a good turnaround time as well.
