The gate as delivered was satisfactory, though there were holes in areas where there weren't supposed to be holes, but I can live with that. The gate was delivered unpainted, with a promise to come back and finish the job. This was when things went bad. The contractor blew me off three days in a row (two days to go to Farmington, one day to go to Santa Fe, or so he says) after telling me a week in advance he was going to come by and pick up the gate to paint it, and he never bothered to call and let me know so I wouldn't have to wait around for him. I had no idea if he would EVER come back, so I told him he had become unreliable and I was finished dealing with him, and I painted it myself. On the receipt I was given, he stated he has a lifetime guarantee. Seems if I can't even get him to come by in a timely manner to finish the initial job, then a lifetime guarantee would be essentially worthless. I will not deal with this company again. The product was good, the after delivery service was poor, that is the reason for giving him a "D" overall.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE ENTIRE FENCE DONE IN ONE DAY AND IT LOOKED JUST LIKE I WANTED IT TO. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SURE TO CHECK AFTERWARDS TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A FORTY FOOT FENCE IN MY BACKYARD.
