We were charged a $100 to change lightbulbs w out prior authorization. I cud have changed my own lightbulbs, Vague invoice. Shady!

Monica visited the property with me and I was impressed. We spoke terms and I was agreeable but she never sent me the agreement and never returned numerous phone call's or emails I made to follow-up.
