+ -1 moreThe ceiling in the guest room is still leaking but I am not going to have Enchanted come out again because they couldn't fix it after two attempts and I got yelled at when I called to inquire about a separate repair. I have never been treated so poorly by a company, much less the president of the company!
Description of Work: Before I bought my house, Enchanted was hired to replace the shingled roof. After I moved in, a handyman noticed a little bit of stucco damage where they had tarred the shingles next to part of the wall on the roof. I called and without even coming out to look, David said it was hail damage and I should call my realtor. A couple weeks later I had the swamp cooler hooked up and unfortunately it overflowed the next day, resulting in water damage to the ceiling in the guest room located just below the unit. After several calls, they sent someone out to find and fix the leak. It didn't work, every time it rained the ceiling dripped water. Then Victor came out and tried to find and fix the leak again and while he was here I showed him the stucco damage that I had originally called about and he promised to come fix it the following week. When that didn't happen, I called and left a message at Enchanted. A couple hours later, David Baca called YELLING at me about them not doing stucco work, if there was damage it should've been caught by the home inspector, that Victor is an independent contractor and can't decide if damage was done (even though Victor's crew are the ones that replaced the roof in the first place), and they repaired the leak in the roof. I agreed to send him pictures of the stucco damage and he said he would get back to me. He never did.

+ -1 moreThis provider came to my house late, and then when I called him and asked if his men knew what they were doing he said he did not like my "tone" and said he would not do the job. Highly unprofessional, when all I asked was a question as to why his crew said they could not do the work after they were late. Will never use this company for anything, worst treatment I have ever gotten from a company.

+ -1 moreDave's roofing crew did an excellent job. I was able to get an estimate the same day that I called Enchanted Roofing. Dave, the owner, was at the house within a half hour of my call. His estimate was a little higher than the insurance claim amount but he was willing to work with that amount! He was able to have a roofing crew to the house the very next day! I am very pleased with the work that was done & that he was able to provide a crew so quickly. An excellent job was done.

+ -1 moreMr.Baca's crew was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He visited the site daily and responded to questions and/or concerns immediately. Because I wasn't about to get on the roof, he texted pictures the project progressed. Mr. Baca is a professional on all levels. He treated us with respect and was always available when we wished to talk with him. We are quite discerning when it comes to maintaining our home. It is nice to know that Mr. Baca is available locally as the sole proprietor of his roofing business.
Description of Work: Mr. Baca's company replaced my original roof with a TPO roof.
