Description of Work: Everything went great with Empire Yard Maintenance. We had them come out and give an estimate for xeriscaping our front yard. We also took a look at our back yard and he suggested getting our lawn power-raked, fertilized, and aerated. We agreed and set up and appointment for the following week. After that time I saw the Big Deal for Aerating and Fertilization. What I didn't realize is that the deal did not come with power-raking. So we decided to get all three services done and get a refund on the Big Deal. We do plan on using Empire Yard Maintenance again when we do xeriscape our front yard.
