Description of Work: Repair of some landscaping features; trimming of shrubs and plants; general yard cleanup. Jobs at hand did not require 15 manhours, but I will be able to use the remaining hours later.

Description of Work: David came out to talk to us about what we could have done for the Big Deal price we had purchased. Since our project, a retaining wall, was likely to cost us more at his hourly rate than on a straight bid, we ended up going that way. The men who came out to work on the wall worked hard and did a good job. David and his workers were punctual and did what we expected.

Description of Work: The removed the grass from my courtyard, capped my sprinkler heads, installed ground cover/sheeting and Santa Fe brown rocks. They did this work quickly and well. My courtyard looks great and the price was by far lower than other services quoted. I have used Empire for years for various services and I have always been pleased with their work. I also have regular yard service/maintenance with them every two weeks for my full front and back yard. The rock installation in my courtyard was a special service.

Description of Work: Because of the windy weather they were very cooperative about rescheduling so their work would actually be effective!

Description of Work: I emailed and called to get a quote to get work done on my yard. The phone rang and rang no answer, I emailed my question and my contact info over A.L. all I got was a email saying " Sorry for the delayed response, please email me at xxx " |

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $548.00 for 15 hours of professional landscaping. They picked up shrubs and trash. They sent three technicians.

Description of Work: Paid them to take out TWO large dead lilacs at my RENTAL property. My husband calls me frome home one day and says "who stole the lilacs out of our front yard?!" Empire sent guys to the wrong address, and they removed THREE well established, blooming lilacs from MY front yard. ( One of them may be coming back, so they didn't really get that right either). They did eventually take out the dead lilacs, and after many weeks of calling them they did finally replace my lilacs with tiny little bushes.

Description of Work: They came out for general yard maintenance and did a great job. the workers were very nice and made sure to do what was asked for and did a good job. I have subsequently called them to discuss additional work.
