Description of Work: THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY, AERATED AND FERTILIZED THE YARD. They were done before I could catch a glimpse of the thoroughness of their job, i.e. if all areas were aerated & how much fertilizer was used-it looked sparse upon my review but my lawn is looking good a few weeks later! It would have been nice if they involved me in the process rather than zip in and out in 15 minutes. Had I not stopped them to tip them, they might have left without saying anything (?).

Description of Work: I used the coupon as a tack on to a part of bigger landscaping task of redoing the front yard, which morphed into some additional tasks in the back yard. David, the owner, was very amenable to using the coupon for the back yard and any unspent hours he credited with for the work on the front yard. So I think I got a deal, he got more work than we originally negotiated. I was happy, I hope he was as well.

Description of Work: Vendor came with 3 young people for a fixed fee. They worked the allotted hours, but not remove all of the landscape piles they created. They broke a shovel trying to remove a plant and left it in the ground. They fulfilled the basics, but I would not rehire them.
