Description of Work: Backyard cleanup, removed old rocks and put in new and bigger rocks, removed 3 cypress trees, and planted 6 new plants.

Description of Work: Two weeks before the work, I met with Dave Peltz owner of Empire. He was easy to work with and offered suggested when needed. On the day of the actual plantings, etc., Antonio and Robert scoped out the work areas with me and shortly after began the requested work. They planted three areas with their and my purchased plants, adjusted the drips systems as needed, and covered the areas with pecan shell mulch. All areas turned out beautifully. Both men were very capable, respectful, friendly (almost felt like I've known them all my life), pleasant, and hard working. I would hire this company again in a heart beat!

Description of Work: In spite of sending 2 e-mails to confirm date, time and work, the "show-time" came and went without a crew. After calling the provider it was clear that the whole job had fallen through the crack. I had a medical commitment that could not be postponed so I gave the provider a "not-later-than" time and he sent over another provider to do the work.

Description of Work: We set up an all summer maintenance plan last year and repeating it this year. Reliable, prompt, reasonable.

Description of Work: Great job of scoping materials to the type of job. They do not over or under sell and David really listens to the requirements that are given to him.

Description of Work: The landscapers from Empire arrived early on the 22nd (after a bit of a glich about the date); however, they went straight to work, cleared the requested area with a bobcat, and constructed a retaining wall and terrace. The workers were conscientious, professional and amiable. We will use this company again when we're ready for the next phase of our landscape plans.

Description of Work: cleaned leaves, raked and removed a couple of bushes. very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: Providers aerated and fertilized front and back lawn. Work went well and quickly. I had hoped to see the lawn improve after this service, however; I haven't noticed any difference yet. Grass spurs are still the dominant grass type sprouting. Additionally, I water all 6 zones 15 min every other day. I appreciate the work that was done as I don't have all the equipment needed to perform this service.

Description of Work: Empire sent a substitute, Three 16 Landscape Maintenance. | | I was pleased with their performance. They, two men, quickly completed the removal of overgrown Russian sage, the trimming of a large bush, weed removal and weed spraying, trimmed back overhanging tree limbs, cleaned the entire yard of leaves and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: David and his crew have been caring for our properties for years. Integrity means a lot to me followed by quick, thorough work when they are on site. They are the best and I have been happy to recommend them to others over the years.

Description of Work: Have used in the past. There has been an issue more often than not. Paid a bill, and was contacted repeatedly for non payment. Got them to back off when I produced the cancelled check. Cut the freon line on AC while trimming a Chimasa next to it. They paid for the repair. This last time had scheduled maintenance - got a call that truck broke down, ok so we rescheduled. Did not show and haven't heard from them since...... Adios
