Description of Work: They were late showing up. The work was to pickup leaves in the front and side of yard. They only finished 2/3 of the work. I'm not sure when they left, they never came to the door to let us know. It was dark outside and looked like they ran out of light and would be coming back. Leaves were left in the street in piles. I had the same work done the previous year by this company. They were great then. I didn't have the special offer. They finished the work then and did a great job. I called the company to talk to someone. I left a message and no has ever called back.

Description of Work: Removed leaves from front and backyard, pulled weeds and trimmed bushes. |I got an appointment quickly. They were punctual, professional and did a good job.

Description of Work: completely cleaned out an over grown planter bed. |Project manager disregarded instructions concerning where the job was and consequently the crew had to be redirected however, I am completely satisfied with their work and courtesy. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Two guys came on time; worked very efficiently and knowledgeably; did a very good job on yard clean-up, including some trimming. Carried debris away with them. Nice job, professionally done.

Description of Work: The provider is very responsive if there are additional items that need attention. Maintains an excellent schedule, and has made a huge difference in my yard.

Description of Work: I'd hire again, but the price was very high for three hours of work and one load hauled. (I had branches and other yard debris hauled plus other trimming and shrub removal. I was given an estimate for three loads, but one large load was enough). The owner is pleasant to deal with and had personnel problems which he was good about keeping me abreast of. The quality of the work was fine, but I did have to make the workers do things that had been agreed on and they didn't seem to know about or intend to do.

We also had them do a one-time cleanup project at the end of the winter - also a terrific job. Not only is David a professional and helpful business owner, he hires guys who are well-trained and rational.
