Description of Work: Installed a new water heater. These guy are very professional and knowledgeable in their chosen field. Arrived a bit earlier than promised which is good. Did their work and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the new water heater, you wouldn't have known someone had been there working on it that day. AWESOME !!!

Description of Work: Came and provided the total costs for installation versus the package deal. Sent and estimate included make but not model of water heater. I requested the make and model again. On second email the mfg changed but still no model. Not impressed with overall attitude and customer service. It all seemed weird so I would like a refund.

While I would consider using Elite in the future, I would have to think twice about going to Lowe's for future work/services. | |I assume I will not receive any more emails on this matter. |
