Excellent... Had a bad hail storm and an area in the roof starting leaking. Eddie came out at 6:30 am before I went to work and got up on the roof which is very pitched and steep. He knew exactly looking at the inside where the problem was and fixed it and serviced other areas on the roof as a preventive measure. He also nailed a board on the siding of the house back in place.
