Beautiful products and work, horrific in the areas of honor, truthfulness, and professionalism. Their workers were great. The owner has some sort of unknown problem.

On January 26, 2016 I purchased $2,800 of large stone for landscaping. Also, I made a loan of $1,950 to Eric Sandival $1,950. As of today, September 11, 2015 I have received partial delivery and set up of stones. I have received $200 of the $1,950 which means that I still am out $1,750. It is going on seven and a half months and I still haven’t received in full what I paid for or what he owes me. I have only received partial of the stones of the $2,800. He has texted me to say that he would follow through on his promises, but he has yet to follow through. Eric Sandoval of Earth Products LLC has 6 unresolved cases with the BBB similar to mine I have also sent off the complaint process to the attorney generals office and the federal trade commission with all the info i have collected, part of that being the 6 complaints at the better business bureau that are still unresolved where Eric Sandoval still owes either product or a refund of anywhere from $200.00 to $3000.00 to consumers that trusted him. Eric if you value your company then i would suggest that you fulfill our agreement and resolve the complaints at the BBB. Im not stopping here either, i will find every source i can that will begin to effect your company so other consumers don't fall prey to your lack of integrity. Don't be surprised when the attorney generals office contacts you as they now have your home address as well as your business address. They will find you and i will do every thing in my power to help them. I have given you plenty of chances and I have warned you that this would be the path I would take. It’s been 7 and 1/2 months, so this shouldn't be a surprise.
