Would definitely use them again. One person came out and it took 20 to 45 minutes. She explained everything very well. She pointed out where she found damage. She explained how termites were able to get in and how the treatment stops them from coming back for around 10 years. I thought she did really well at explaining what she was looking for and what she found.

I can't say enough good things about Genevieve. She arrived right on time, was personable, and informative. She truly had an "eagle eye" and pointed out areas I probably never would have noticed even years after living in the home. She also went the extra mile when she noticed dry rot she would let the home inspector (who was also there at the time) know so that he could also include on his report in case he missed it. We had a larger property for her to inspect with lots of wood, multiple structures, and lots of nooks and crannies but she was extremely sharp and I feel that we got an exceptional value for what we paid given the information she provided us with. Plus she emailed me the invoice and report that afternoon. Extremely efficient. I would definitely hire again and would recommend anyone to hire Eagle Eye for their termite and dry rot inspection.

Jen did an awesome job! She was on-time, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She even provided me an on-the-spot discount for providing my payment after the inspection was complete. I was impressed with her performance and would recommend her.

We bought a house, and it turns out it was overrun with ants...under the carpet, under appliances, in cabinets...EVERYWHERE. Eagle Eye did a thorough interior and exterior treatment, and our problem seems to have been solved. I pretty much thought we would have to fumigate the house, but they solved the problem. I will use the them regularly! Love their no contract approach to pest control and excellent pricing and straight forward approach.

The owner of the home we are looking to purchase scheduled our home inspection and termite and dry rot inspection on the same day. As buyers we were involved in the home inspection when Aaron from Eagle Eye came over to do the termite and dry rot inspection. He knew the owners of the house and had been there previously to do an inspection he was introduced to me not my husband since he was on the roof with the home inspector. He told the owners then that he was going to go ahead and get started. He did not invite me to follow him, it seemed as though since he had been there already he got right to work and went to look for what needed to be done from the last inspection that he had did. He was not there too long I would say 30 minutes or so I don't really recall the time frame, the owners had me somewhere else in the home. I did get a chance to talk with him before he left he did tell me there was some old wood under the house it had been removed and that no colonies look present. We talked a bit about exterminating and the cost. He did mention how they did a nice job remodeling the home. He told the owners they would have their report shortly and said his good byes and left. I had paid for the report and I did not get a electronic copy that day. It was later I had to get it from the owner. They were pleased with the outcome of the inspection and I was too since there weren't any problems. I would have appreciated a copy of the inspection electronic or hard copy since I had paid for it. I understood he knew the owners and they stated he was a nice guy, and he sprays their house but since I was the customer I should have received a copy of the inspection also.

Richard is helpful, pleasant and efficient. He showed me areas a couple of areas in the house that I had not noticed where there were ants.

The termite inspection showed termite activity and said it was in the bedroom, but there was no indication as to where the activity was. We called and asked Aaron to let us know where the activity was, but he couldn't remember. I was the realtor and not the client. When we received the invoice, i indicated to him that I didn't think the sellers were going to pay and gave him their contact information directly. He became angry with me and I again directed him to the sellers and told him to speak with them directly as I was not the decision maker, but only the messenger. He then told me he didn't appreciate the way I did business and asked me not to ever contact him again, to which I easily agreed to.

Richard from Eagle Eye Exterminating came out to do a termite inspection on a home we are buying. It was fun! This guy loves what he does. He didn't find any evidence of termites but the home had a lot of mice and pack rats. Richard knows his stuff! He showed us all the best ways to capture the critters and explained how and why they do what they do. He was very entertaining as he explained possible solutions to our problem. All of this was above and beyond the inspections he was hired for. We really appreciated that!

Making an appointment with this company was relatively painless and easy. The lady I spoke to on the phone was personable, and I was able to get someone to come to our house fairly quickly. Richard was extremely friendly and professional. Since this was our first time having an exterminator come out (we just bought this house), he thoroughly inspected our house first for signs of pests. Because we've seen signs of german roaches since moving here, as well spiders, Richard took the time to explain everything he found or didn't find. We discussed all issues and questions that I had with our house and he then got down to the business of spraying and laying traps. His work was quick and professional and I would definitely recommend this company.
