Description of Work: The men cleaned the carpet in a rental house. They did the best they could with a very dirty carpet. The carpet ultimately had to be replaced. Not their fault.

Description of Work: joshua is very pleasant young man. He uses Chem-Dry which I have found before is less than perfect. Some spots have come back.

Description of Work: I had a time-sensitive request for carpet cleaning service, however, the vendor did not contact me within 48 hours as stated in the Big Deal confirmation. I contacted Angies List, and Chrissy Heeger, Tier 2 eCommerce Representative, who was extremely responsive. She contacted the vendor, gave me the vendor's contact information, and e-mailed me promply in order to facilitate communication and service. The vendor still made no contact at all. After cleaning my carpets myself with a rented Big Green Machine (Bissel), I no longer need the service and I would rather not deal with the poor customer service of Duran's Extreme Clean. I contacted Chrissy and she gave me directions on how to request a refund.
