Description of Work: Went out of business and did not call me prior to notify us that they would not be coming to clean our carpets. Had house prepared for them and had to get another carpet cleaner to come over last minute!

Description of Work: Cleaned my carpet. OK, but not outstanding.

Description of Work: WE asked duran's to clean the carpet on the main floor. He arrived on time, and was efficient. He did a good job, getting out stains from spills and a dog accident. Some high wear areas did not come clean. The carpet stayed wet longer than I expected, but I also did not set up fans as I have done in the past. Overall, I was satisfied with the work he did.

Description of Work: The provider has done nothing. He states on his site that we are to call him to get an appt to get carpets cleaned, but he has never returned any of my calls or computer messages.

Description of Work: Provider cleaned a large area rug. Rug is older and faded, and the cleaning products and machine probably did as a good a job as possible. Cleaning machine did leave some imprints on the rug. Rug has been stored away for now. I have no other area rugs so I won't require this service again.

Very friendly guy but he had a personal problem on the scheduled day of service and I didn't hear ahead of time that he wouldn't be able to make it. |He was out of one of his products that was needed for removing gum so he wasn't able to perform that task. |I'd like to give him another chance but I will likely try someone else next time around. |

Description of Work: They were very professional and pleasant. |our carpets are very old and worn, but they did a great job getting them looking fresh again.

Description of Work: Badly - they never showed up. On Tuesday 4/6, I had reconfirmed the 8:00 - 8:30 appointment scheduled for today. They did not arrive so I called twice to see where they were. Had to leave a message and they never called back.

Description of Work: Cleaned an Oriental Rug. Looked great. Didn't take very long so I'm not sure the value was way up there, but he did a nice job.

Description of Work: Joshua cleaned an area of my carpet which was in need of immediate cleaning, as well as my velvet couch. He made room for me in his schedule and, while here, I asked him to clean our dining room chairs as well. He was kind, prompt, efficient, and he was able to get GRAPE JUICE out of my safe green velvet couch!! That alone is worth it's weight in gold!!

Description of Work: Big deal for carpet cleaning but provider took over a week to schedule appointment which was scheduled about 2.5 months prior to date and then they never showed up! Horrible company! Do not use! They do not return phone calls either!

Description of Work: I purchased the rug cleaning for an almost 600 square foot area. The price was great. Joshua was pleasant, professional, punctual and thorough. Joshua sprayed liquid on the rug then went over with a machine that scrubbed and cleaned. I was not familiar with this method. The rug was only damp and dried in a few hours. I am use to seeing all the dirt that is sucked up with the water extraction method. I did not "see" what was removed so I did not get that reassurance. Overall I am pleased.
