This company did a good job on the carpets so I am satisfied with the results BUT they charged an additional $40 because we asked them to clean the carpet in the closet and bathroom (a total of @ 150 sq ft). Since it's part of the bedroom and we didn't ask that they move our bed or any furniture in our bedroom to clean underneath I would've thought they would've included it in part of the original price of the Angie's Deal ($79). Our house is 1300 sq ft (including the garage, which of course has no carpet) plus, we didn't even have them do one of the bedrooms so I kind of feel duped. I will probably use them again because they did a good job but I will be very careful in regard to pricing in the future.

Duran's Extreme Clean performs excellent quality carpet cleaning. I purchased a deal through Angie's list for carpet cleaning in four rooms. Duran's contacted me quickly to set up an appointment. They arrived on time and were very polite and courteous. They were careful not to let my house cats outside. My carpets are clean and smell wonderful. I highly recommend them and would use their services again.

Joshua Duran did an excellent job of cleaning our white carpet. He got in touch with me immediately after I purchased his service and we set up a time. He arrived promptly and was very pleasant and professional. We have a white carpet which had numerous spots that needed cleaning. He didn't move furniture - I had moved out lamps, etc. - but cleaned the whole dining room, living room and two hallways. The carpet looks great and so clean. I will certainly use Duran's Extreme Clean again and plan on having him do the whole house - upstairs area and stairs - after company is gone after the holidays. I highly recommend Joshua Duran of Duran's Extreme Clean. You won't be disappointed.

The carpets weren't clean after he left. He did three rooms in one hour and the carpets were almost dry when he left. I don't know what system he used but the carpets didn't look any different when he was gone. All of the spots that existed before the cleaning were still there. And overall, I don't see a difference. I called him to talk about it and he did not return my call.

The experience was very pleasant. They were eager to please, and professional and his results cleaning the carpets were better than I had anticipated.

He never showed up for the scheduled appointment. He also never called to let me know he wasn't showing up. I called him and his answering machine sounded like he is overwhelmed at the moment.

went well. most of the stains removed. harder ones were at least mitigated to hardly noticeable. moved some furniture. cleaned up after themselves. were very courteous.

We contacted us pretty quickly, so they are fine. They contacted us within 24 hours and were very accommodating to what we needed. We are going to need to replace the carpet instead of having it cleaned.

It looks much cleaner in most poaces& dried quickly, but he missed several spots. I am thinking about calling him to ask him to come back & re-do 4 spots in family room.

Bought the $139 Angies List deal for Durans Extreme Clean. And decided to pay the extra for the extra work. Joshua contacted me promptly to set up a date and time. He called the day before as a reminder; called day of service and arrived early. Josh and his helper were very professional and friendly. They got right to work. Our carpets were a mess. 2 large dogs and 3 cats. They had their work cut out for them. My wife and I were skeptical but hopeful. They worked for a solid 2 hours. The sofa and love seat look and smell brand new. The area rug looks like new. The carpets came out so much better than we expected. Still have a couple of spots to contend with but if you had seen the condition of the carpets before, this is amazing. The bedroom carpets where there is less traffic looks like new. The carpet in hallway and den were already worn but they look fantastic for their age. I would highly recommend Josh and we are certainly going to call them back again and again.

They were on time, and very efficient. I feel as though they did a good job.

Our carpets are very dirty, but we were not ready to do the whole house, move furniture, etc. We asked Josh to clean the worst areas, not expecting him be able to get the stains out. I skedaddled, and left the wife to supervise. When I got home, boy was I pleasantly surprised. The job Josh did was fantastic. My wife was impressed with his friendly, professional manor, his diligence, and the advise he gave on keeping the carpet clean, including how to get candle wax out of the carpet. We will have him back when we are ready to do the entire house.

Quick and professional with great results. Uses a minimum water method, so quick drying.

The carpet spots were gone, dried in just an hour and the solution was environmentally safe which was good since I have pets. Only drawback was that not all of the carpet was able to be cleaned.

Josh contacted me promptly, scheduled us asap and did the job wonderfully well. We have scheduled him to come back and do the rest of the house as well as the entire house we are preparing to sell. Great work!
