Duran's Extreme Clean

I tried calling his cell phone and it went into phone mail. I waited about 15 minutes more and sent a text. I never got a call back. 40 minutes after the appointment time I gave up and went about my business.

Josh was very professional and managed to get us an appointment on short notice. He responded very quickly to emails and showed up right on time. My husband and I chatted with him while he was cleaning downstairs; he seems quite knowledgeable. The whole process took less than two hours.

He is a very nice man and did a very good job. I will be using him in the future.

They arrived promptly and were very courteous. We had 3 small bedrooms cleaned. We removed as much as possible from rooms to make it easy to clean. I was very disappointed that it appeared only the traffic areas were cleaned. There were obvious areas that were not cleaned at all and were not difficult to get to. There were also areas that had not been spot cleaned and looked as if they were cleaned at all. I even found crumbs and dust behind nightstands that they said they would pull out and clean, so obviously that was not done. I did not hover to watch them clean but it did appear that the equipment used was large and not equipped to go into the smaller spaces or to edge clean. I have had many cleanings done in the past and this is by far the most incomplete. In addition, I had to clean up the empty can they left behind and they dumped used water onto to our crusher fine in the front yard by the door and made a big muddy area which also buried some of the fine gravel. Sorry to be so negative but we did a lot of work to prepare for the cleaning and were very disappointed. The areas that were cleaned seemed to be ok but overall too much was left untouched and we will have to try to clean it ourselves which we did not intend to do. This was not an adequate cleaning. I would not recommend and will not use again.

He did no work. I left numerous messages then when I finally got ahold of him he canceled on me twice and then it took forever to get ahold of him again. When I finally did and got him scheduled the third time was a no show. Now I have been calling and calling and there is no response again. I have had this big deal since Oct 2014!! I have in all good faith tried and tried with this company. When I finally called Angies List explained all of this to them they said it is too late. It has expired! $119 just thrown to Angies List for a bad deal. A very Bad Deal.

We bought this deal as a gift for our son. He was moving and needed his carpets cleaned. The company missed the appointment that he made. They never returned his calls. We tried to schedule them to come out and clean our own carpets. They made the appointment, never showed up and never called. We attempted to contact him 3 or 4 times with no luck. I would not recommend this company!

I did not use their service and requested a refund on the deal, because they never contacted me to schedule or make arrangements for the service. This is even after a phone call and voicemail to the company.

Very well, though. I was concerned about reappearing spots....this has not happened yet, so fingers crossed

Provider was right on time and was very knowledgeable regarding his services. He explained upfront the process and pricing. He was very professional and pleasant. He took his time and explained the process. He did a great job.

Josh showed up on time, was courteous and neat. If you believe that proper carpet cleaning requires a truck-mounted system with hoses dragged through the house, you will be disappointed; Josh uses portable equipment similar to what the typical homeowner would rent or buy. But I would recommend you judge by the results instead. With the exception of dog urine spots that no one has been able to remove, (and some corners where the carpet machine could not reach) our cream-colored carpet looks several shades lighter and is uniformly clean. This whole-house service was a tremendous bargain. If it ever becomes available again, you should take advantage of it. Oh -- yes, we'll use Duran's Extreme Clean again. By the way, don't confuse this service with Extreme Clean, whom we have not used or evaluated.

The carpet was extremely dirty. They started with their regular stuff and it wasn't cleaning it. So they used another cleaner that costs me about $17. He spent two hours cleaning and just couldn't get it cleaned. In fact, I ended up replacing the carpet afterwards. I'm not sure if the system they use is just an inadequate system. I learned elsewhere they would have gotten better results if they had used the hot water steaming method.

They were very prompt, it was very easy to make arrangements with them to come out, the price was really good, and they did a good job.

I needed the carpet cleaned in a rental property and I was going to do it myself, but I decided to call for a few estimates. Not only was Duran's Extreme Clean the lowest price, I was impressed with Joshua's explanation of why having carpet professionally cleaned was better over the long run. He arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment and was done at the time he said. The carpet looked as good as new, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

It turned out good. They were really thorough and they were polite. They did a good job. Their price is good.

Everything looked and smelled very good after the cleaning. I thought the price was good for the amount of work. The only issue was that as he was cleaning up to leave, he spilled some cleaning solution or dirty water that stained my wood floor, but I didn't notice until after he was gone.

They did a really lousy job, it's dry cleaning and I wasn't aware of that. They used a buffer type thing that's round and it spins but it couldn't get in corners, it couldn't get under the edges of bed and the stains that were there didn't even begin to come out so we had to call somebody else to clean it. I wouldn't recommend to use them.

I bought it and left some date, they called to make an appointment and I found out they do not service my area.

He was a few minutes late, but called to tell me that he would be. He did a good job cleaning and he moved the furniture and put it back without any issues. The carpet was clean and did not smell terribly of chemical. He was pleasant and professional. I had an Angie's List deal and added $10 to it because he drove to Santa Fe.

The job was done very efficiently and thoroughly; there were some spots that took longer to dry than initially presented and this was due to stains. I would easily have this company back on a regular basis.

He moved all of the small items off of the carpet before he cleaned it and then carefully got as close as he could to all of the other furniture. Looks brand new and dried very quickly. Very polite and professional.

Josh was extremely professional, courteous, and on-time. I would definitely (and plan to) use them again for both carpet and tile.
