Longer than anticipated.

Other than the appearance of these windows is fantastic I believe my energy bills will show a decrease in use. Lower a/c and heating cost.

The salesperson was very engaged and spent much time explaining all the options. The installer did an excellent job. He was very skillful, respectful, efficient and tidy. Unfortunately, whoever was responsible for ordering materials was not thorough so not all materials were available upon installation. The missed pieces had to be ordered, which meant that we were inconvenienced a second time for the same job. It took about 7 weeks for the missing pieces to be received. During that time, there was absolutely no communication from anybody keeping us informed about a timeline. Attention to ordering details and communication are vital for all excellent business interactions, which is why we rated this company as we did.

Excellent service on planning my patio cover construction of lifetime aluminum-clad posts and a 3" insulated roof with fans. Each person who contacted me during the planning process had a specific job to do and did it with good humor. There were no high-pressure sales pitches for the "deal" because it never went away! I got good information and immediate answerw when I had a question. The price was better than the competition and was penciled out wheneverer I needed to change or add something to the plan. I signed a clear contract and was given a specific window of time in which my patio cover would be constructed on site. We'll see pretty soon how that goes!

Prices are high but I’m looking forward to the final product completion of my remodeled bathrooms...

They did a good job

Anderson was a great experience. We fully knew that they would be a higher cost than other bids we got, but we’ve had 2 friends ripped off by contractors that did subpar work or left completely with their money. They did the work promptly and the results are beautiful. They didn’t just shove a new frame into an existing one, they actually replaced the whole window and door from inside out and the sliding glass doors came with a beautiful new frame. The difference in temperature and noise in the house is truly remarkable. We’ve pushed back getting Our new AC and heating Units because it’s just not that urgent any more

They were prompt professional and very thoughtful regarding disruption. They protected the rest of the house from dust and noise. I would recommend them 100 percent. Thanks Mr Miller!

They had a custom sliding door made at their out of state factory. They obtained the permit and worked the whole project through inspections. They installed the door and re-stuccoed, etc.

I didn’t hire them and couldn’t exit this review without giving a rating so it’s not really a fair rate as I didn’t hire them.

Professional courteous worked with us 2 do what we wanted in the bathroom

We had this company come to our home for an estimate. We were told that actually we would be given an EXACT price that day. I received a written agreement and was required to put a portion down. When the install day arrived, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, once the technicians were here they realized that the tub measurements were off and they could not do the "drop in" tub they had promised. They did not cancel the job, they went to a store and BOUGHT us a brand new bathtub!! I was truly overwhelmed, as I initially felt like they would back out since the measurements were off and they could not do the work they agreed to do. They went over and above what we expected, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering this kind of bathroom "facelift"!! The bathroom looks beautiful, and everything was left clean and tidy---with a new bathroom!! I can't thank them enough for the way they handled the agreement. Word of mouth is powerful these days and I recommend them to anyone who mentions needing work done such as this!

The process takes 1 day if nothing goes wrong (we had an uneven concrete floor that delayed an extra week-due to another company having to grid floor). This is after the 4-6 weeks for the materials to be manufactured. We are please with both the bath and the shower that was put in.

Work not yet completed - but so far has been a good experience. Told that installation will only take one day, so am hoping that is true

Replacing a cracked shower tray became a SHOWER REMODEL job. From signature to completion was an inconvenient 65 days (7/18 - 9/20). We were advised the construction would take 1 day. It did 5 to 6 weeks later. We missed the part about the glass needing a week to 10 days afterwards. Construction crew had excellent work ethics as did the glass installer: corrected the angle of the drain pipe, added missing filler the builder missed, new fixtures, 12" hand rail unfortunately with dimples at each end into the new acrylic walls, window trim, shelf, sturdy glass enclosure with a pivot door...The appointment to measure for glass after construction of walls, window trim, and fixtures were installed, was a no show. Our contract was mistakenly cancelled but corrected and rescheduled for the following day. We were not informed the tempered glass would have a blue-greenish tint to the Rain Style texture. NOT our favorite color. We wanted the textured glass for more privacy but NO tinting (gray, a neutral color, would have been nice). Two follow up calls were made by the company and we our expressed concerns. "Someone will get back to you." Never happened. Seemed more interested in getting paid. On a positive---The Veteran discount made it possible...and that was truly a blessing!
