Dreamstyle Remodeling of New Mexico

We had a rebuild completed on our shower following issues with the original install that had been completed in 2020. Dreamstyle offers a lifetime warranty which was easy to access and for which we were very thankful. Fortunately for us, this time around we had Jared W. and Bennie R. to do the work and they did a great job! They were prompt in arriving, explained how and what they would be doing to rectify the problem, made sure that any construction mess was kept to a minimum in the hallways and adjacent rooms, and the area was thoroughly cleaned when they finished. Most importantly - their workmanship on this rebuild was impeccable and we really appreciated their expertise, conscientiousness and attention to detail. Our installer Arturo Martinez was great to work with, very professional and an amazing craftsman. Exceptional customer service. His manager Mike, was also very professional and helped us resolve a shower pan we picked incorrectly. We replaced an old tub/shower combo. Our new shower looks beautiful and we are very happy with the project.

I had two showers remodeled by Drean Style recently. The team of Jose A. Parades Jr. and Jose a. Parades Sr. is excellent. They provided great workmanship and exceptional customer service throughout the project. The project was scheduled to be completed several weeks prior but due to supply chain issues it was delayed. The project was completed on time once it started. I would recommend this company and specifically this team if you are in need of a shower remodel. The cost was more than I expected but, in the end, well worth it.

From the design consultant to our 2 wonderful installers, Danny R and Ivan Z, the project was done on time and with expertise. They replaced 9 windows quickly and repaired dry rot framing as well. They were very careful around the landscaping and each day left a clean work area. They were terrific.

The two gentlemen that did the install were awesome! Polite, respectful and helpful with all of my questions. I most likely not have noticed a ding in a door made when dropped but Roy made a special point of showing me and letting me know a new door would be ordered and installed no charge. I have more work to be done and will use Dreamstyle for all of it. Thank you!!

Very pleased with the results. Mr. Salim Barraza worked very hard to replace our bathtub with a walk-in shower and was friendly throughout the whole process. It looked wonderful when it was finished. 5 stars!!

We have a brand new beautiful full shower and bath/shower installed this week by Dreamstyle Remodeling. Good installers are so hard to find but we were privileged to have 2 great ones in Javier and Rogelio. They were so professional, polite and considerate towards us all while working hard with obvious pride in what they do. They did such a fantastic job of installing our new bathrooms. Everything turned out better than we expected. Andrew who came out to our home initially to help us pick out the best products for our remodel was also very professional and competent. He really worked for us and not just for the sale. We really appreciate that the entire process was so pleasant, and we will recommend Dreamstyle to all our friends.

We had all our windows and sliding doors replaced. Then installers, James and Pio were great. Efficient and easy to communicate to. Cleanup after each day. When the stucco fellows came, they used the wrong mix and the painters made it look terrible around all our windows and doors. New stucco had to be applied. The painter they sent out, Adam Sr. was amazing! He took his time to clean all the frames and walls around the windows. He had taken on this project like it was his home. Attention to all the details, brush work, then roller to blend into the walls! Cleaning up each area as he moved on. I would highly recommend Adam ! Very conscientious and on time each day!

Loved everything about them. No problems and quality work. It did take 8 weeks to get an install date, which I would have liked it to be way less time. But they must be very busy.but the bathroom was done in 1 and 1/2 days time.

We couldnâ t be happier with our new Dreamstyle showers. Tim Halcott and Eddie Karaky were absolutely awesome and their attention to detail was impeccable. Tim and Eddie were prompt every morning of the installs and were attentive to my family. They often checked in with myself or my wife to give updates which we really appreciated. Tim even went above and beyond finding custom hardware to work better with our glass doors. It has been a few months now since we have had our showers installed. We wanted to wait a while to review Dreamstyle after we were able to put in some real daily use of our showers. Since our install, everything that Dreamstyle promised, they delivered. All the materials are holding up great and seem to be great quality. Everything is very easy to clean including the glass doors. We are especially impressed with how we were able to get such beautiful showers in so little time. There has not been any leaks, I still have not noticed any gaps or off seams, the fixtures do not leak or drip, no hardware is loose, and still we have not been able to find any corners that were cut. We are completely satisfied with our installs and would definitely use Dreamstyle again.

I enjoyed working with Ricardo Ponce who did the installation. He was neat, concerned about his work, and did a great job. Everyone was pleasant to work with and they were super efficient.

Very clean tear-out and install. Lots of detail work and the outcome is spectacular.

Roy and Anthony, our installers, were amazing. The kitchen was sealed off from the rest of the house to prevent dust accumulating and the floors were covered as well. This is our second project with Dreamstyle, first being a walk-in shower, and both times we've been totally impressed with skills and cleanliness and answers from the project manager. Judy, the Dreamstyle designer, was wonderful to work with - we look forward to thinking of maybe another project down the road a bit! Many thanks to Dreamstyle!

David and Rob, the team, who came to do our new shower were great. They we clean, covered all of our furniture in the path of the work and sealed off the bathroom area. They worked quickly and efficiently, started the work on Tuesday at 8 am and finished on Thursday at 11 am. I will definitely have them back to install a new tub in our other bathroom.

Dreamstyle did a tub to shower walk in conversion plus replaced our bathroom window. Adam came after the stucco was completed to paint exterior wall. Adam was very professional, courteous and personable, who did an amazing job on painting our wall after the stucco team. Adam is an asset to your company as well as Jose C and Jose E who installed our walk in shower. Thank you.

We had Dreamstyle replace are old single pane aluminum windows and sliding doors from the 1960s. We are so happy with the outcome. Not only cosmetically does our home look a million times better, the first tropical storm Hilary to hit California in 80 years came 2 days after the job was completed and nothing leaked, no condensation inside the windows, no damage on the outside. They passed the test. Everyone was very helpful in the process. Janet, the sales person, was available to answer my loads of questions and even came out to our home multiple times and was patient with my multiple changes. Vinny the head project guy came out twice to make sure everything would be and was done right. He was also very helpful making my husband happy sending a painter to fix the trim of the windows that looked a little ragged from the age of the wood. Marcos and Eddie the installers were the dream team. They arrived on time, made sure everything was protected while they did their thing, worked fast and efficient, they answered my questions, explained everything, tweaked things that were questioned, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and dealt with some misunderstandings with grace and made sure we were satisfied. Saul the painter also did a great job, He took his time and paid attention to detail. He filled in chips and holes, made sure the color of paint matched exactly and made sure we were happy. DreamStyle may cost a little more then other companies but they give a lifetime warranty for parts and labor so I think in the long run it will be worth the extra cost. I would recommend them.

The installers Roy and Anthony were outstanding. Very Professional! They kept us informed, knew their business, timely, cleaned up, and worked very hard. The company from sales to project mgt. to follow-up after they were done exceeded our expectations.
