From the initial appointment through the entire demolition of the existing shower & tub to the installation of our new 2-person shower installation, our project was handled completely professionally. Our installation lead, Ricardo Ponce went above and beyond normal expectations in the performance of the work, ensuring that everything was installed correctly and completed per the project plans. We are so very glad we had him doing our demolition and complete remodeling of our bathroom shower!

My wife and I just had the bathroom redone. This included replacing the tub, removing the old sliding doors, and removing the tile with beautiful siding from tub to ceiling, Their work was truly fabulous. My wife was out when they finished the job. When she returned she was so excited by the transformation that she now wants the other bathroom done. Jennifer Moon was helpful in showing the products and guiding the design, Gloria Garcia was helpful with the financial paperwork, Monique Grizzelle with managing and coordinating changes, and Ryan Ferra was flexible in accommodating the construction changes. My installers Tim Halcott and Eddie Karakey were on time, organized, considerate, professional, and capable.

I love my finished shower. Have had problems with with drips from the faucet and twice that has been repaired. Lately there have been issues with loud banging when my irrigation system turns off. This was not an issue prior to my install. I had a service call and twice they came out, even opened the closet wall to figure out the problem. After the second visit, the main office determined that there was no problem with their work and they would go no further. We understand that there has been a change in management and they sent out another employee, Todd Hoyt, to evaluate and repair as needed. Todd turned out to be my Kight in shinning armour. He saw the issue right away and within 48 hours he had the problem corrected. He was knowledgible and understanding of my frustration. Thank you Todd. Sam B.

We remodeled our 1973 shower and shower/tub combo. What a huge difference. Dreamstyle Remodeling of San Diego has been a great company from planning our project to finishing the installation. Our installers, David V. And Rob B were total professionals. They started our project on May 8th 2023 and finished the second shower today, May 11th. We wanted them to work on one bathroom at a time. Both installers were very knowledgeable and answered our questions quickly. I would gladly recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling of San Diego and our installers David V and Rob B. To think we contacted them because they sent a promotional email to my husbandâ s phone. It was our good luck to find them. We didnâ t know anything about their company. This project was totally awesome!!
