Description of Work: I've used Dream Builders twice. Once was about 2005, when the re-stuccoed my house, and reroofed about a quarter of my flat roof. The second was roughly five years later, when the reroofed the remainder of my roof. As the stucco work is nine years old as I write this, I think I am on good ground in saying that the quality of workmanship and materials was very good--far better than as-built in 1987, and far better than two other contractors who did stucco work as part of parapet repair in the intervening years. | |However, I have not subsequently been able to make contact in the last couple of years.

They co-ordinated with another contractor who was working on the windows, kept me fully informed of when they would be working, and compensated for my schedule when necessary. All members of the crew were efficient and polite. Drop cloths were used wherever needed, and they even helped me to find someone to trim away the vegetation from around the house, on very short notice. The price, for a total of approximately 5000 square feet of buildings, was very reasonable. This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
Description of Work: Repaired, reinforced, and re-coated stucco on 30-year old adobe house and guest house. The crew rebuilt all the parapets on the main house, which were crumbling in places. They then performed custom re-shaping around the windows, and hand-finished around all exposed wooden beams and lintels.
