D.R.D.'S Custom Home Builders and Mobile Home Repa

I had Bellawood Hardwood Golden Teak installed in my home at the end of 2008. I asked if a hardwood floor could be installed over concrete because I had heard otherwise. He advised me it was fine. He would glue the floor down over the concrete, and it would be very secure. 6 months after the installation, a 2-3 square foot bubble appeared. I contacted him, he came in and repaired the area, but it looked terrible. 6 months after that, other pieces started loosening from the concrete. I contact him again, and he said it was over a year, so he wasn't responsible. I consulted with another contractor who advised me there should be a vapor barrier installed over the concrete before the flooring was put in. I contacted D.R.D's, and was told a vapor barrier could not be installed when a floor was glued down. I know this is false, however, from minimal research on the internet and from the lumber liquidators own installation instructions. We are currently in litigation. I am miserable over this, and am embarassed to have people over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
