The roofers showed up on time and rang my bell. I expressed concern that, since it had rained recently, there may be water on the roof, since some areas tend to collect water. The crew boss invited me to go up the roof and pointed out a few areas where the water tends to accumulate, forming shallow puddles of water and suggested leveling these by using sheets of Celotex. When I inquired about the cost of doing this, he said it would be cheap and I could pay him "under the table". I called the company's owner to inquire about this suggestion and he assured me that the "dips" on my roof were not serious as long as the accumulated water after a rain evaporated in a couple of days. This first experience revealed the dishonesty and lack of professionalism of the crew. That day, after they were done for the day, they left the remains of their lunch; paper cups, aluminum foil, napkins, paper bags, etc.; on the roof. They also left an assortment of roofing material scraps: pieces of tar paper, fiber glass sheet, etc., which all blew onto my and my neighbors yard that afternoon when the winds kicked in. The next day I noticed that two of my skylights were splattered with roofing tar and kindly asked the crew boss to be more careful. He promised he would scrape and clean the skylights when the roof was done. They did clean the skylights, but cracked them in the process so they both leaked after the next rain. They also disconnected the water from my swamp cooler and in doing so created a leak on the line, which they did not repair. When I complained to the company owner, he promised to have his people repair the skylights "next week" and "at cost". A month went by and I decided to call somebody else. They also replaced a skylight, separate from the ones I already mentioned, and when I pointed out to the owner that they had not sealed the space between the skylight and the curve, he said, "Oh, that is normal, otherwise you get water vapor on the sky light domes". The person who repaired my other broken skylights confirmed that this particular skylight had not been properly installed and I was likely to have a lot of heat loss in the winter as a result of it not being sealed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They do not take responsibility for their work, do not fulfill their promises, are deceitful and leave a mess behind when they are done.

We had three skylights in an enclosed porch. When the crew was doing the roof, the workers did not know how to finish off the shingles around the skylights. I was not aware of the problem until during the first rainstorm, when water poured through and ruined the room. I have since had to hire another contractor to fix the damage. Afterwards, Doyle would not acknowledge the poor work and made no attempt to make things right.

They were great! They are top in their line.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are the most trustworthy company ever. We did have a little pricing dispute, but they straightened it out. In the beginning of the job, they actually knocked out my neighbor's window, but, they did fix it. At least they did not disappear like some other companies; they actually came back.

THIS GROUP WAS PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. THEY WERE ALSO PROMPT. THE JOB TOOK TWO DAYS AND THEY CLEANED UP WELL BEHIND THEMSELVES. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE TO MY ROOF.

I GUESS I WOULD CALL THEIR WORK ADEQUATE. I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE TO SHOP AROUND A LITTLE BEFORE CHOOSING THEM, BECAUSE I FELT LIKE THEY COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.

DOYLE ROOFING DID GOOD-LOOKING WORK, BUT WHEN THEY FINISHED THERE WAS A LEAK AND IT ENDED UP RUINING SOME SHEET ROCK IN OUR HOME. MY HUSBAND DOES THAT KIND OF WORK, SO HE FIXED IT HIMSELF.

THE SERVICE WAS FINE. THEY COULD HAVE CLEANED UP BETTER AFTER THEMSELVES AND NOT SPREAD TAR EVERYWHERE. OTHER THAN THE TAR IT WAS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

I HAVE TOLD ALL OF OUR FRIENDS ABOUT THEM. THEY DID VERY WELL. WE CHECKED OUT OTHERS PRICES AND ROOF MASTERS WAS AVERAGE. IT WAS A BUSY TIME, BUT THEY FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. THEY ARE GOING TO CHECK OUR ROOF FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND APPRECIATED THE QUALITY. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

DOYLE ROOF MASTERS DID A NICE JOB, AS THEY ALWAYS DO. WE HAVE THEM COME BACK EVERY THREE OR FOUR YEARS, AND THEY'VE ALWAYS MADE ME HAPPY. A FLAT ROOF IS A TOUGH THING TO MAINTAIN HERE.

DOYLE ROOF MASTERS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO HIRE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE REALLY QUICK, WHICH IS GOOD FOR A ROOFING COMPANY.

I HAD A VERY GOOD TIME WITH THE COMPANY. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE. MY ROOF LOOKED GOOD WHEN THEY WERE DONE, AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THEY DO QUALITY WORK THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. I THINK THAT THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH TALENTED WORKERS.

THEY SEEM TO BE VERY CONFIDENT ABOUT DOING THEIR JOB AND GETTING IT DONE. THEY SEEM TO BE NOT GETTING ENOUGH INFORMATION ON THE JOB, BECAUSE THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX THE SAME SPOT.

WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED UP TO THE JOB SIGHT ON TIME. THEY HAD THE JOB DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH NO PROBLEMS. WE HAVEN'T HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY BACK FOR ANY REPAIRS.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THE COMPANY DID FOR ME. I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT AFTER THEY FINISHED THE JOB, MY PLACE LOOKED SPOTLESS. I ENJOYED HAVING THEM AROUND.

THE SALESMAN WAS PROMPT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. THE GUYS THAT INSTALLED IT DID IT IN A TIMELY AND CLEAN MATTER. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE INFORMATIVE ON WHAT TIME THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP.

THEY FINISHED THE JOB EARLIER THAN PROMISED. THEY ALSO MADE SURE THAT THE TRASH WAS CLEANED UP EVERY DAY AFTER THEY WERE DONE WORKING. IF YOU JUDGED BY MY LAWN YOU WOULDN'T THINK I HAD ANY WORK DONE AT ALL.
