Description of Work: Looked over several surveyors from tying 2 lots in the East Mountains in Bernalillo county into one and get approvals for a garage. I work in Santa Fe and it is hard to deal with the county offices and also get to work. Doug Smith was willing to deal with the county, 4 others that I talked to were not willing to deal with the county. Doug Smith quoted a price and has stayed with that quote even though the county has drawn the process out over 9 months. Doug has been responsive to phone calls and emails.
