Description of Work: I had 2 new entry doors and 2 new security doors that needed installed. Talked with a woman in the office and was told I would get a call back that day with with prices or a scheduled visit. Never heard from them again so, after a week and a half, I hired someone else.

+ -1 moreTerrible on all counts. Scheduled 3 times and never showed up. Would call again. All was on me to try to reach and communicate. Totally unprofessional. Run away from these guys. Don't bother.
Description of Work: They never showed up and very difficult to reach anyone and try to reschedule. They don't seem serious about their business. Must be nice. So was not able to have them do anything (garage door tune-up). Searched for and found another company.

+ -1 moreThe installer named Trevor showed up on time and did a very good job installing the security door. He picked the heavy new Security Door up at Home Depot for us. In fact, they will provide new brick mold and install a new screen door later on the side garage door. The entire process took 6 business days. The Garage Door Man Company Installs & Services all door types and styles for commercial and residential needs.
Description of Work: I purchased a Security Door for the front door of our home at Home Depot. They used the "Garage Door Man" Company as the contractor to come out and measure the front door frame and move the door bell when the security door was to be installed. The person who provided the estimate was on time and adheared to my special work requests needed to install the security door.
