+ -1 moreOne of our windows had a warped plastic holder that was causing the window to stick when opening. Discount did not have a new piece in stock and said it would be two weeks to get it. When we balked at the time frame, they came up with enough small pieces to do the job. Although it's not a continuous and seemless repair, it does do the job. We're happy that Discount was able to adapt to a bad situation and get the customer taken care of.
