I had trees removed, stumps ground, and trees pruned. Michael knew what he was doing. The trees look great. He cleaned thoroughly and didnâ t leave any debris behind. I highly recommend.

I would like to say that Michael and his crew worked very hard, were friendly and professional. They did have to adjust the estimate up another 25%, but the reason seemed legitimate. The work that was done was really terrific. Just DO NOT pay them until they complete the work. He received final payment from my elderly mother and then never came back. We have the remnants of a very large tree still standing. I have been unable to get an invoice to see the costs broken down though I have requested it no less than 3 times and provided my phone and email contact info. The last time I texted with a request for an update on when he would complete the work, he just stopped responding. Again, the work that he does is TERRIFIC, just do not pay until you are happy with the completion. My mother just trusted him and should have waited to write the last large check.

They did excellent work, and seemed very busy. They contacted us the same day we submitted our request, and provided an estimate the same day. We would highly recommend them.

The removal of two trees and stumps was excellent. A replacement tree was provided and planted. The staking on the new tree was flimsy. The notorious NM winds caused the new tree to lean. Phone calls and conversation with Desert Valley Landscape did not resolve the problem. Now we're being ignored. Our full payment was quickly accepted but the new tree issue was not resolved. So, less than 5.0 marks reflect less than 100% project satisfaction.
