They had installed our new furnace a few years back and we asked that they install a humidifyer on the furnace. These guys are just nice people to do business with and we always go back to them.

Chris was punctual and professional; he had to work harder than usual getting onto my roof, which is higher than most (the 24 ft ladder didn't cut it). Did a thorough inspection/tune-up of my furnace. Service took about an hour which was what was quoted. Overall, very good experience.

Excellent. This was a major job and so it required extensive work and adjustment even after installation to tweak both the heating and cooling aspects of the system. The company worked with us every step of the way and and even upgraded some ductwork sections to make it all work to our satisfaction. All the staff members from the company head to the sales manager, the individual installers and repair/maintainance persons have been unfailingly courteous, helpful, responsive, patient, and clearly very honest in their dealings with us.

They screwed me over. They came out and looked over my units and told me that I needed two brand new units which would cost me thousands of dollars. I had a friend of my come over and they were able to repair it for nothing. I called them and said that I wanted to talk to the owner and they guy never called me back. I don't think that it was entirely the service man's fault. He came out and did what he was told which was to look it over and if there were any issues that he did not understand hand out a pamphlet for a new unit. He did come out on time to do the service which I appreciated.

They were prompt, professional, did good work, had great cleanup and followed up.

As far as big service jobs go, it went OK. The damage to the stucco, presumably by the electrician whose ladder had been in the same place as the damage, was the only disappointment - including how Desert Suns managed it. They pushed back on our claim, essentially calling me a liar - and when Jason, their representative showed up to do the repair, he got very contentious with the disabled person who is at home all the time who just wanted to thank him for coming out - again denying that the damage was related to the installation. Extremely ill-mannered, not to mention unprofessional. It took me a while to connect with the president of the company (phone tag) - and while he was more concerned by our experience, the net impression he left me with was that it was more perfunctory, but since the unit has been functioning great, I'll have them out next year to service it - and just request that Jason not get the duty.

Wonderful. The folks that completed the install were prompt, courteous and professional. Left the site absolutely spotless. Do carefully evaluate the "cost savings" of a higher efficiency furnace and particularly the variable speed fan. Unless you have air conditioning, the variable speed fan is not going to save you much on your utility bill. The 90% furnace just about breaks even with the energy costs (vs. higher price) assuming the current rate of natural gas. They do suggest switching to A/C (which we'll never do unless global warming makes it unbearable) but they don't push it to hard during the sale. (Family owned and run business which is nice to work with). The telephone service in the office is also great.

THEY DISRESPECTED MY HOME BY JAMMING UP MY FREEZER AND DENTING IT. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP ANY OF THE WIRE SCRAPS THAT WERE LEFT OVER. AFTER FOUR DAYS THE AIR QUIT WORKING. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY.

DESERT SUNS DID A GREAT JOB ON MY AIR CONDITIONING. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY, WERE REALLY FRIENDLY AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ALSO WERE REALLY EASY TO CONTACT.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND DID A QUALITY JOB FOR US. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING OUR CALLS FOR SERVICE AT THE HOUSE. WE HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR A LONG TIME AND TRUST THEM.

THEY OFFERED ME A GOOD PRODUCT AND SAVED ME MONEY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN THE DEADLINE THEY SET. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
