I had taken several estimates from different concrete contractors and most were just outrageous for the work I wanted done - a 10x4 concrete pad for a storage building. Liosel Rodriguez, the owner of Del Valle Concrete came out and gave me a really good estimate. I hired them. Liosel and one of his employees came out and did the work in short order. It was professional and quality work and they were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Del Valle Concrete and will use them again in the future.

Loysel and his crew did an excellent job for a very fair price. He showed up when he said and completed the work in a timely manner. They actually did an exposed concrete patio. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

Loisel is an absolute master at what he does. From just a rough sketch to completion, everything he has touched is a masterpiece. Originally hired him to do stucco work, after seeing how wonderful it was, hired him to pour a slab for a new garage. After leaving the jobsite today and seeing how much EXTRA work he did for the same amount he quoted, I cannot be happier. I would recommend him and intend on hiring again as more projects come up.

The contractor tore out and removed about 760 SF of old concrete driveway. Compacted the soil, set forms and expansion joint material then placed 760 SF of new 3500PSI concrete. The concrete was finished with a light broom finish. The work was completed in a timely manner.Quality of work was excellent. Price was fair and no hidden charges. I would recommend this contractor for flat concrete work.

The owner agreed to meet me late on a Saturday to do an estimate, then arranged to do the work the very next Saturday. For the same price as my original proposal, he did additional work. When the rain put wear on the concrete during the drying process, he came back and patched it the next day for no charge.

They were professional, showed up on time and provided good value for the price. No change orders or extra charges. They offered price quotes on the other work that was required to complete our project, we accepted and the subcontractor did a good job on the tile installation.
