Description of Work: I paid Angie's List via PayPal on 4/4/17 for advertised $89 wimdow cleaning. An appointment was established for 1:00 p.m., 4/13/17. It is now well past 3:00 p.m. This outdit did not show, nor did they call. We wasted the afternoon waiting for them. Now, I have to try to get my money back. Won't happen again!
