Description of Work: He has done repairs, maintenance, and replaced a heater. He also gets the system ready for the winter and summer.

Description of Work: Remove furnace and swamp cooler. Installed new furnace and AC unit as well as had a contractor upgrade the power to the house. I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: They installed a gas line for the stove. It went very well.

Description of Work: Irrigation valve failed in open position. Two man crew showed for one man job.

Description of Work: They installed a packaged Trane HVAC unit and ducts. They did a wonderful job and Mark the owner was a great guy. I had five other contractors out to give me a bid and by far Davis The Plumber company gave me a fair price. Davis The Plumber will be my go to forever.

Description of Work: Very responsive, needed 2 trips to fix my problem. The only reason I give them a B is that they were not familiar with my faucet brand and had to do some research and running around to find the right part. But they did, and were able to resolve the problem. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I cannot remember the exact date of service as it has been a few years but the person that came to do the work did not seem very competent and did not complete the service and my husband had to complete. We then got a bill that charged us for the work that my husband had completed! We did write a letter to Davis the Plumber to protest but they refused to decrease the bill so we paid it but will never utilize their services again or refer them to anyone for business in the future.

Description of Work: Right on schedule and very short (two days) notice, two guys (Bishop and Scott) showed up to do long overdue gas furnace and roof A/C unit maintenance, blow-out 10 yrs of roof-vented lint from dryer, and unfreeze H&C water faucets going into washer and replace old hoses with stainless steel ones. The BIG job that was unplanned, but obviously needed, was installing a whole-house water shut-off valve.so that we didn't have to wait for the City to turn water off/on around inside plumbing jobs. Carefully, laying back front yard rock cover and landscaping, one man spent an hour digging a 36" deep hole to get to the 1976 copper pipe that connects to the City meter. He spent two more hours bent double in that hole up to his waist doing exactly what plumbers are trained to do, in order, to get the old copper pipe clean enough to solder in a brass riser to a new shut off valve at ground level. No leaks then or after. Easy "key" used to get into the shut-off valve - all explained and demonstrated to both homeowners. It was getting dark and long since cold when they thoroughly cleaned the yard and work area and we paid a very reasonable bill for what was literally back-breaking labor. We have worked with lots of plumbers and other tradesmen on rehabbing or fixing broken parts of old houses, and these guys are among the best. We have signed up for a service contract for the furnace and A/C unit and expect excellent skilled service for a lot of years with Mark Davis' professionals.
