The price was satisfactory. The job was done in a couple of hours. There were about 2 persons and there were no unexpected issues.

Arrived on time, asked question about any special care that was needed, removed the area run taking it to the shop, moved the furniture as necessary, cleaned the carpet in four rooms, hall and stairs, and then returned the furniture to the original location except in one room where we asked that the furniture be rearranged.

It went great! They were professional, courteous and super effective. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

I have a Chihuahua that had a bout of diarrhea on my bedroom carpet, several stains from vomit and urine, and when Dancare finished the cleaning all stains were gone and the carpet looked like new. Marco and Nico treated my antiques with much care and were very professional. I definitely recommend Dancare.

DanCare servicemen arrived on time. The two servicemen were personable, helpful, and patient with me as I still had to move around a few items in order for them to clean the carpet. I found important that they reviewed the service they were providing, discussed with me what they were going to do, offered additional services that I may be interested. They were not pushy in offering additional services, and gained my agreement on the services prior to providing. I appreciated their communication, and the fact that they arrived on time, and my nearly white carpet (which was heavily stained by normal wear) were back to looking like new. I highly recommend the company and would use their service again in the future.

They're absolutely phenomenal. The workers were outstanding, totally professional and very courteous. They left the area better than when they came. They were very prompt. Very professional, the price was better than Stanley Steamer for sure and I think the service was more personalized than I would have gotten through anyone else. I wish they could have cleaned the hardwood floors as well but I appreciated the fact that they were up front about what they could do or not do. They also offered to return if they had missed something or if after drying the grout still looked like it needed more cleaning.

They were very nice and professional and did an great job finding the source of the smell and problem areas. The carpet looked great when they were done, unfortunately the smell was not completely alleviated so we will be replacing the carpet. No fault to them though- they did what they could with the circumstances.

His integrity is exemplary and it is no wonder that he consistently gets the best ratings on Angies List. Without reservation, I recommend Dan and his team for the cleaning of all types of surfaces. I have worked with dozens of subcontractors in a recent renovation and I would definitely rate Dan at the top of the pile for professionalism, follow-through and problem solving. He's the best floor cleaning in Albuquerque, without question.

They were amazing and did an excellent job taking care moving the furniture. All of the high traffic areas turned out perfect. The technicians who came were very efficient and finished earlier than expected. They also showed up 5 minutes early. I even received a very nice handwritten thank you note from the owner.

I was very happy with the work that DanCare did. They were on time, very professional and answered all my questions. They moved furniture that could be moved and when done put it back with Styrofoam blocks or plastic underneath the parts touching the carpeting so it could dry. They were careful with my furniture and not to nick walls with their equipment. They also repaired (stretched) the carpeting in one of the rooms. The best part was that my rugs and carpeting looked terrific when they were done! In addition, I had them give me a quote for resealing my brick flooring. I will definitely use them again.

One of the persons scheduled to come to clean the carpets was unable to come because of illness. Chris came to do them all by himself. He did an absolutely super job by himself, doing double duty with moving furniture, cleaning, raking, etc. When I call again to have my carpets cleaned, I am going to ask for him to be the person coming.

Did a great job of cleaning a sofa and chair and were meticulous about not making a mess. VERY happy with the result.

They were the best carpet cleaners we have ever used. Very friendly and quick when giving an estimate over the phone and were able to book us the next day. They arrived right on time and were professional, friendly and hard working. One spot showed through the next day and after a call to Dancare, they came back right away without any complaint and took the spot all the way out. The initial phone call was very professional. We set up a time to meet at my mother's house. Art came to give us an estimate and also cleaned a small area in the den to see if he could do a good job. The small area came out great so we made an appointment to clean the entire house. (We requested another estimate from someone else and that person said my mother's carpet was not cleanable and he could not do it.) Art and Robert came right on time and systematically cleaned the entire house thoroughly. The carpet looked amazing!!! My mother was very pleased. The entire job took about 2 hours and everything had been done very professionally. I will definitely call DanCare for future carpet cleaning!! Outstanding job!!!

The technicians from DanCare were very punctual, professional and did a fantastic job! The carpet in my living room and hallway was extremely dirty and they got all the dirt out, and also removed stains that I (and the previous carpet cleaning company) were unable to remove. I am very sensitive to various chemicals and they had a cleaner that didn't bother me or leave a residual smell.

I have used three other carpet cleaners in the past and never had the carpets/rugs this clean. I hate to vacuum, so they were really badly soiled. I watched Tony go over and over some of the ground-in places, taking extra care with the edges of the carpet where the carpet ends, and even where it abuts on built-in furniture like the bathtub. Awesime! Very professional; both men worked extremely hard until the job was accomplished smoothly and completely met our satisfaction. Mike even turned back just as they were about to go and scrubbed some more when we pointed out a couple of places where we could still see marks where the rugs had been. It looks lovely. I feel like our house is practically new again. Best of all, I am now motivated to vacuum more often.

Very prompt, professional and thorough service. They came out to do an estimate within a day of contact, and Art was very knowledgeable with regard to the specialty area rugs we have. They did a great job on the carpet, with a large truck mounted cleaning system, and brought fans to speed the dry time. Carpets were dry within a few hours with ceiling fans and windows open. The area rugs were taken to the shop and deep cleaned, the largest rug being very dirty as it is in our living room. We had both rugs back within a week and were very pleased with the results. They were careful to protect our wood floors, and moved furniture for me as well. Although a bit pricey, it was worth it to have someone do such a quality job, especially on our area rugs. Would highly recommend this company!!

They were great. They did an excellent job. The quality of work was excellent that's why I had them come back and do some other things. The best experience was they were punctual, right on time, and they always call ahead of time to make sure that I knew they're on their way. I would recommend them because they were reasonable, really good. The pricing was a little bit more expensive.

They showed up on time, took care of my furniture and walls to prevent damage, discussed different options for removing pet odors, also treated and removed difficult oil and nail polish stains. After they were finished they walked the carpet with me to ensure I was satisfied. Great quality and professionalism at an affordable price. I will definitely use them again.

returned my call in the same evening, asked for description of all the work to be done; gave me a quote and set up a date for cleaning (within the same week), called the night before to reconfirm the appt., and called the next morning as they were on the way to do the work. Chris and Marcos were on time, professional, walked through to make sure everything went o.k. and then started work. two and a half hours later all was finished and it all was sparkly clean I AM SO HAPPY !!!
